Hotel Review for a 3-Day, 2-Night Stay We recently stayed at this Dimora Hotels And Resorts for 3 days and 2 nights and had a wonderful experience overall. First, we would like to appreciate the reception manager and staff for their hospitality and helpful attitude. Although our check-in was delayed by 2 hours, the staff graciously extended our check-out time, which we truly appreciated. However, we had a disappointing experience on the night of our arrival. We arrived late at 11 PM and ordered chapathi, dhal, and club sandwich for in-room service. Unfortunately, it took 2 hours for the food to arrive, and by then, our children had fallen asleep without eating. While the chapathi and dhal were okay, the club sandwich and chicken sandwich were not good, and there were no French fries as expected. It would be nice if this issue could be rectified in the future. To their credit, the following morning, the in-room service staff came and apologized, which we appreciated. However, it didn’t completely resolve the matter. We would request that the night service staff take more interest in ensuring proper care and timely service, especially for families with children. On a positive note, the à la carte lunch was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed the buffet dinner as well. Our children particularly loved the aloo parathas, gulab jamoon, and payasam. The variety and taste of the food were excellent. The rooms were neat and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, the bathroom was a bit crowded and could use a little more space for convenience. The provided razor set needs an upgrade to improve quality. A coffee maker was available in the room, which was useful, but we would have appreciated having more coffee and tea packs provided. Overall, our family had a great time, thanks to the excellent staff and delicious food. Despite the minor issues, we would definitely recommend this Dimora Hotels And Resorts to others and look forward to visiting again!

Overall stay was very good. I just have a few suggestions that could have made the stay even better. 1. Handwash should have been provided in the toilet instead of soap. 2. I felt the lighting inside the room was a little dim. There were enough bulbs in the room still it felt a little darker. May be it was as per their theme, but still one or two bright lights options could have been given. 3. The buffet breakfast menu was the same on both the days. Each and every item was the same. At-least some of the items could have been different. The pooris were very hard. 4. Bucket and mug was not provided in the bathroom even on request. My small kid is not familiar with bathing in shower, he was afraid. Hotel must have the option to provide it at-least on demand. I believe it would be difficult even for most of the elderly people to bath under a shower. 5. Room cleaning staff should check and ensure everything is properly cleaned. Our coffee mugs were not replaced. Used mugs were left as it is. Also one table was not properly cleaned after we had our lunch in the room. We had to call the housekeeping staff again and get it cleaned.

They upgraded us to a suit, it was very good. Couldn’t use wifi but 4g signal was full, so didn’t miss wi-fi. Breakfast spread was excellent with fresh dos a counter, coffe/ and tea options. Padmanabha swamy temple is around 1. 5 kms. Rickshaws were charging rs. 50 one way. Recommended stay for travellers. A suggestion, make some arrangement to scan aadhar and save. Taking a print out of aadhar and attaching it to a record is not at all recommended due to all digital scams that are happening nowadays. Please upgrade your systems.

superb stay with my family nd 1 year kid especially F&B service team helped us to provide kids meal there GOKUL,AVANI ND REVATHY and one of there supervisors are very cooperative.Then all the front office staff are elegant in there profession very keen to help, surely next time I will opt the same. Dimora Dimora Hotels And Resorts is just opposite to trivandrum central railway station. We found ourselves comfortable throughout our stay. Restaurants serves healthy and tasty foods.

The stay was good Dimora Hotels And Resorts is very neat and clean food quality was also good. I extended my stay for one more day but room rent was charged on higher tarriff.

A regular guest in diamora. From check in to check out things were pleasant. Rooms, house keeping, restaurant food and services were good.
