It was an excellent stay at Dimora Hotels And Resorts dimora. Rooms were clean and well maintained. All staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. They always had a smile on their face towards every guests and they assisted with all the queries we had about the places to visit along with timings. Special thanks to sreekumar for considering our request and for allowing us to do late checkout as our flight was late evening. Will certainly choose to stay again next time. Travel-led on business. The room was good and well done up. Room service was quick and the food was good. A couple of points which need improvement. After check in, the front desk did not offer to send someone along-with me to the room. Though i generally don't mind carrying my luggage, having a Dimora Hotels And Resorts staff helps if there is some query with the room or request. Another point was that the water in the shower area was not draining properly resulting in accumulation of water. Mentioned this during check out. Overall a good place for a short stay.

Our stay was well and comfortable. We had booked s standard room for three adult and the Dimora Hotels And Resorts provided an extra bed in a room with two single beds. Everything was comfortable. I have been a frequent guest in apollo dimora for quite some time. The staffs are very polite and service oriented. My stay as usual, this time also was comfortable. I have also taken an ayurvedic massage from the spa. Aroma l has given me a very good and relaxing massage. Only one negative point was that in spite of asking for a wake up call, i couldn’t get it. But it’s not a big issue for me as i had my own arrangements. I suggest this Dimora Hotels And Resorts for any types of travellers.

I had a guest. But the front desk executive didn't allow him to come to the room. They asked him an id proof and he showed his pan card in his mobile phone but the executive didn't allow him. They said they need an address proof. And when i was in the lobby at 11am, i saw they were not checking anyone's id. Lot of people entered without asking any identification. I hope the front office executives need to improve their guests handling approach.

Located close to the railway station. Rooms are good. Courteous staff. Well behaved and helpful. Since i didn’t have food from there, i won’t be able to comment on quality of food. Has a good professional spa in the Dimora Hotels And Resorts. One suggestion is that the bath towels need to be changed. It’s time for disposing off the old towels. Otherwise overall the experience was very good. Would be my destination for next in my next visit too
