Dinard | Rooms in a cottage

Pros. 1. New property 2. Very clean & spacious - well maintained 3. Very friendly stuff - chetan is an awesome guy always ready to help 4. Right at the beach - so access to sea is an advantage 5. Kids play area & maggie available all the time - which made my kids happy cons. 1. No proper restaurant, rather a small kitchen - but they order the food outside on demand without extra changes - there are only 5 rooms hence no plan to have it in future suggestions: 1. Tea bags and coffee pouches in the room should be added as morning tea available only after 7:30 2. 2-3 hammocks inside the property would be an attraction for tourists - help them to relax

I booked this resort for mmt, however later i found that mm t charged me more than the actual tariff had i walked in directly. The premises is at an arms distance from the beach is at a splendid location but you need a 4w to get here as it is quite remote. The resort provides food dining facilities from a restaurant nearby. We were two families who checked-in and had a memorable stay at the dinard. Dinard is a new resort and is well maintained, i hope that the same standards over the years to come. I wouldn't think twice to book this resort again if i plan to come back to malpe beach. I'd give it a 5*

Dinard is the perfect stay for someone who wants to stay away (still be near) the hustle. It’s clean comfy and literally 1 min from the beach. It’s a quite almost private beach and you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset with almost no one around. It’s a half an hour walk to malpe beach or a 5 min auto ride. The staff is absolutely amazing polite and helpful. They make some killer coffee, breakfast is limited but it’s homely and delicious and made with utmost love. It is an absolutely fantastic stay i would love to go back and suggest a stay here for anyone who wants to visit udupi.

Very specious garden view room with clean linen and spotless bathroom. Sea beach at stones throw. A small but nice children park with swings and see-saw. The entire property has been very nicely done, and looks premium with stainless steel gates and fencing! food is not prepared within the property, but is available on order. Even breakfast is sourced from outside. We had vegetarian bf, and it was a very tasty south indian offering. Highly recommended for families and folks who love to spend time close to the sea.

The property has an excellent view from the balcony and beach is a 1 min walk from your room. However, the staff is quite lazy and wont provide or serve anything you order on time. One of the staff even asked me if i can take my order myself from the kitchen. Everything that you order or ask will be 40-50 mins late. They basically tell you that they are unavailable at the moment and hence cant serve you. Our check-in was also delayed by 40 mins. Other than that, the rooms are clean and beautiful.

A wonderful stay just in front of the beach. It almost feels like a private beach as no one would be around. The property is very good, very well maintained too. Food could be improved. They basically have no in house restaurant they take it from other restaurants but the price is very decent food is good too. Breakfast is complimentary but not upto the mark. Its eatable. Propery, rooms, everything is clean and tidy. Staffs are very kind and courteous to help out for nay queries

Dinard is a perfect stay for those who are look i g for a stay with family or friends in a beach side. They have ample parking space. Children have a big play area. Beach is hardly a 100 meter walk. They have an inhouse kitchen with very minimal but good basic food and snack items which they prepare. Main course can be ordered from outside and they deliver it pretty quickly. Malpe family lunch home is the nearest restaurant and you can have some good seafood delicacies there.

The stay was good! it was next to the beach. The beach was clean n almost like a private beach! i had an extremely good time with my child n spouse. The rooms were clean, bathrooms were tidy. Staff was cordial. There was no food option they would order breakfast. Rest you need to order from zomato! malpe beach n sea walk was very near and took us 7 mins to reach malpe sea walk from dinard. Overall stay is good

Me and my family we stayed at dinard for 3nights, the stay is perfect if you are looking for something relaxing from your daily routine life and work. We initially booked for 2nights but then we liked it so much that we extended our stay for another night. The beach is very nearby so you can go and relax there.

Dinard b & b is serene, clean, easily accessible & located place to stay in. It’s right on the beach & we’ll managed @ maintained. I would come here again soon.

The room was neat and comfortable. The property is a very short distance from the beach. The staff were cooperative and helpful. Only getting cabs and autos at the location is a bit challenging, however the staff does arrange for an auto when requested. They usually come at a slightly higher fare though. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Good location with a private beach. They need to improve on food ; especially breakfast which has no options. Best place if you have your own private vehicle.

Booked this property through makemytrip as i got a pretty sweet deal! went ahead after reading all the reviews and i must say i had a wonderful time. Apart from the kitchen having limited resources, everything else was just perfect!

Clean and peaceful property, right on beach. Very good staff and nice rooms. If they can arrange for food, it will be really good

Pros: near and accessible to free & empty beach. Very close to clean malpe beach. Comfortable & spacious rooms. Cons: breakfast is very limited. Dinner is coming from outside but delays in services checkin is at 1pm which is very inconvenient

I am glad that i chose to be at dinard. Perhaps the best place in udupi. I would love to come back again.

Excellent location next to beach. Calm and peaceful stay. Own vehicle will help. Very well maintained rooms as well as property. Decent breakfast. Attentive and helpful staff. No in house restaurant but delivery of food from outside is there.

loved the location! stay was awesome and the cleanliness was 💯 but the staff could have been more friendly and kind they act like we were in stay for free though we did put effort and try to interact with them they don't give damn very reserved nature definitely not fit for this purpose!!
