We have booked a room of 1500/- app provided us same for 1000/-. The room they have given to us was moldy, had a peculiar smell, unchanged sheets, no hot water first day and poor room service.

We booked a room for 3 adults but find 2 beds only. Also not clean as per expectations. we live the hotel but the hotel didn't agree to cancel the booking. so it was a worst experience in the hotel.

Very uncooperative hotel staff. We paid 1800 for ac room but the ac wasn't working. No towels, toothpaste provided. On top of that, even the lock wasn't working. When you take money from customers, learn to provide same service to them.

Very good stay, room and bathroom was very cleaned. Staff are cooperative and helpful. Grocer was there in bathroom. Tea refreshment and was in placed from earlier. Overall, it's a good stay.

Food from the restaurant was very good. Sadly our bathroom was so dirty, no toilet roll either and the bed sheets and pillow covers were also not cleaned properly. With that much money we paid we expected more better facilities. Very sad

Misleading images. Even after paying for a double bed they put the guest in a small room with single bed that wasn't advertised. Later on when a complain was filed, they decided to give a double room.
