The only thing was we were not served with welcome drink

It's great place for the family time. All the amenities including Gym, Swimming pool, indoor games etc are available. Food is awesome. Night DJ, Rain Dance, and other activities are simply awesome. The safety and security maintained by Resort is commendable. Only thing they should improve is the rooms interior. Family suites are the bigger rooms and very much interesting is the balcony. I loved the place

It has been a wonderful experience at Discover ...very happening and full of activites and fun. Food is delicious and lots of options available. Foam party, kids activites and Mimicry shows were a real fun.

Location and area of resort is great.. it’s huge property. However the rooms are average .. not very clean .. room service is really poor.. you need to keep following up to anything that you want.

we went there on diwali vacation and there were so many activities arranged by them for the guests for the whole day and we thoroughly enjoyed by doing all of them.. everything was good only the service was some what late..

Great Ambience and themed events especially for kids. A series of events and amusement shows light up the evenings. Concern : More Dinner Buffet time would be great.

The property is big and very well maintained, full day they have some or other activities which keeps you active also the swimming pool is very big and clean for kids they have seprate play area.

Rooms condition very bad. Water is bathroom was muddy. I understand the supply muat be from river near to tge resort but filtration can make it more clear and usable. On 29.10.25 night water was dripping from AC in our room no. F 006. Couldnt sleep whole night. I had opted CP plan. At ROXII I had dinner on 28th & 29th october 2025. I was asked to pay immediately after dinner whereas every hotels or resorts add the bills to room and its settled at the time of check out. Both tge days I was by the staff. Shocking was rude and unprofessional behaviour who handles F & B at the resort. I was surrounded byother staff when I requested that I ll be paying restaurant bill at the time of check out. was not presentable and inefficient to look after the guest. At last Mr. Kamran intervened and allowed paying at the time of checkout but I paid upfront at that very moment. I would request directors of Discover resorts to visit room F 006 and stay there overnight to feel the ambience in the room. Fans making noise and unable to use AC due to water dripping. I had come for my wives birthday which went horrible. Also, shall make sure to inform my bad experience Honestly food and its quality was very good rest everything was very very bad & poor. Have limited rooms but with excellent quality of rooms and service might encourage guest to revisit. Good luck... For improving resort needs to appoint polite and efficient staff who can understand guest and their request well and not argue.

Bad - In Room Dining service very limited, In Room overall service poor, WiFi not working, Ala carte food options very limited. Location - Traffic near the venue, photos it is old property. Good - Swimming pool and Play area is good, Roxii restaurant ambiance is good. Buffet spread was good, Baby food was good, Nothing Expectional about the resort

Our stay at the resort was absolutely amazing! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and surrounded by stunning views. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely courteous and made sure we had everything we needed — their hospitality truly stood out. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. Every detail, from the décor to the service, reflected care and quality. We left feeling refreshed and happy — can’t wait to visit again! Highly recommended for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

The room was below average. It had nails sticking out of the floor. No WiFi, and I had to complain multiple times and still didn't fix it. Towels were dirty. even the sink didn't have water. The food was terrible and overprice. Do not order the magherita pizza. Their landlines don't work either incase The room was disappointing, but the swimming pool, games room, and DJ night were good. They should improve the room condition.

Before travelling i called the number given in the booking, someone picked up and said there are Good Spa around and he will call and update. On reaching and upon verifying, I was shocked to know that there is no Spa available at least within 20 Kilometres. Also the location of the Hotel is Not Karjat, It's in NAREL a very remote location where my CAB driver charged Rs 1000 extra and fight and the driver booked for my Onward Travel to Nasik denied Pickup. Finally I have to use a Cab given by the Hotel and I have to pay 2X. Weather is Pathetic, Humid and the GUY who promised to find a SPA for me, never answered my Calls or What's app and never ever replied even after making over 50 calls. Food is Pathetic and the Rooms are totally Shabby, not maintained. As trip Gurantee, I claim 100% refund and 100% penalty for spoiling my Trip.

The rooms were bit smelly and stuffy...the bed sheets and the pillow covers were quite dirty...basic hygiene was not maintained...food was good and even the service was good

Had a really pleasant stay at Discover Resort in Karjat. The place is peaceful, surrounded by greenery — perfect for a quick escape from the city. Our room was clean, cozy, and the staff made sure we were well taken care of. Loved the food too — fresh, tasty, and with good variety. Overall, a relaxing and refreshing experience. Would definitely visit again!

The room service is not that good please make room service very easy and fast too... again the reception, room service numbers isn't with some rooms also want to mention something really Important plz note as all 4 kids whoz 5 yrs old got sick as well my husband because of that camper water serving while doing zumba and brkfst time that's it baki the activities conducted was really good

Food and swimming pool was good but the room are not so good at all

Stinking room,water dripping inside from AC, travelling along the wall,due to wetness,moss,algae formed on the wall ,it made very unhygienic room atmosphere.Very loud music throughout the day till late night. We didn’t get peace & rest. Literally,it’s wastage of money & peace of mind
