Divi heritage inn

We had book a classic room with breakfast. Tge service was really excellent and up to the mark. Room is pretty spacious and comfortable big bathroom and a good balcony. Room and washroom were very clean. We actually reach ooty by 9am and our check-in time was 12pm, but they were very good enough to give us room freshen up and everything and it was a smooth checking process. The breakfast was also quite good and the service was excellent. We need to carry our own toiletries but the rest of the stay was really excellent. More to it is. It is very near to the bus stop oike around 2. 5km and they give us cab service too if we book a trip in and around ooty they give us free pickup and drop to bus stop too. There is hot water facility for almost entirely day amd they give us hot water for drinking too whenever it's necessary. Overall the experience is amazing, stay was good and the service is excellent. The people are very friendly and kind hearted. The drivers are very good and soft-spoken too.

The Divi heritage inn rooms are very clean and attractive and the location of the Divi heritage inn is very convenient. View from the balcony is awesome. Normally they provide hot water from 7am to 9am in bathroom's tap. But if you want hot water later you have to just call to reception and they'll provide you the hot water. Hotel staff are very polite and gentle, there service is appreciable.

Well i opted for room with a balcony and can say the view was nice. Room was big enough and tidy. Staffs were friendly. Rose garden and botanical garden are within 2 kms distance. They don't have a kitchen, so you can either order from swiggy or zomato. Only thing is internet isn't available. ( no wifi) you have to use your own internet from phones.

Hotel location was great, morning view was so peaceful whole ooty and tea factory can be seen from the balcony. We booked deluxe room (including balcony) and the owner staff was so friendly they helped us in site-seeing at bargain. Would love to visit again when whole covid situation is gone and people can feel the nature again.

I would recommend that Divi heritage inn should have hot water available 24x7 specially in winter. They have stopped the hot water at 9 am which is not good. People are coming for enjoy not according to the Divi heritage inn for timings. Rest all the services are very good. Staff support is also very good.

Overall nice experience. Good location in Ooty. We can easily connect shops if you want TO shop anything. Only thing, hot water is available only morning after 7:30. Then, room service is good and food is good. They will arrange cab for sightseeing if we do not have any plans.

Everything is good except the food price is high. Wifi is not working after a day, no hot water all the time there is one heater for one floor. No parking space. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Overall good for couples and groups of friends, family without vehicle.

Staffs are really good and Divi heritage inn is located in center of the city. Location is very good. Rooms are big and clean. Hot water was available when i need it. Car parking was available. Overall Divi heritage inn is good.
