Divine Resorts & Spa

1. Though rooms were ok but check-in experience was horrible. Time for checking in was scheduled at 1400, too late though, we were offered complimentary lunch because of the delay. Even for the lunch it took one hour. Whole plan of evening got screwed. On top of that there was a marriage function being organized so in house parking was also not allowed. Parking was approximately 250 meters away from Divine Resorts & Spa. 2. House keeping department needs to be pulled up. They just won't respond. It took 6 hours to get a pair of towels it two hours for a water bottle. Pathetic. 3. Food quality is okay but highly overpriced. I mean u can get much better food anywhere in Rishikesh for reasonable price than in this Divine Resorts & Spa. I didn't get why there was a difference of GST for having dinner at open terrace and not in their restaurant. 4. Staff at reception remains busy, hardly answer your questions until repeated. 5. View of ganges from the Divine Resorts & Spa is pretty good.

The location is amazing, from inside the room if you book Ganga view room. There are several other vantage points with very good Ganga view, at least two restaurants, one open air and one indoor air-conditioned and also a terrace. Restaurants have many good food options like Indian, Chinese, Mexican etc and a very good bakery. The campus has ups and downs yet it is largely wheel chair accessible. We could bring our parents on wheel chairs till the rooms. Swimming pool was not accessible and neither was the bank of Ganga. What we particular didn't like was the ordinary rooms we were given. In spite of earlier requests for adjacent rooms, the Divine Resorts & Spa refused it initially but gave us these two rooms later but these were not good rooms , bad tiles on the floor, plain basic room, way below the value for the money we paid.

This is a Divine Resorts & Spa to go to if you wish to spend some quiet time in these covid times. You get a magnificent view of the ganga such that you don't need to venture out of the Divine Resorts & Spa at all and avoid crowded places like laxman jhula etc. Further the Divine Resorts & Spa has a private access to the ganga banks and it's clean and beautiful. The only issue is their breakfast is a buffet and they refuse to serve in the room. In covid times how can you operate buffet with all guests touching all food and serving dishes. Also the executive room appointed to us was small for this price. For very weird reason there was a pillar inside the room. Rest all amenities are excellent including parking, terrace, food, toiletries, and other services.

The location is very apt. The mountain/River view room is a perfect treat to your eyes. You can even go down a couple of flights to sit by the River bank and enjoy the calm of Ganga. You can also See Ram jhula when lit at the evening from the dining hall and terrace. The food is best even when you compare it to popular cafe s like Shiva Shiva or others. The Bho mantra also serves great food and great cold coffee. The rooms are a slice of luxury. The offer a warm welcome and a complimentary yoga session to guests. The location has an outdoor pool and beautiful and neatly trimmed gardens. Special mention to Manjeet at the reception desk. He was very kind and attended us with warmth.

We had a very pleasant stay at Divine Resorts & Spa. We had booked the executive - Gange's view room and it lived up to its expectations. The room was spacious, it had an attached balcony. The view from the balcony was mesmerizing! The bathroom was clean and spacious as well. They had also offered us complimentary yoga session but unfortunately we couldn’t attend it. They have a restaurant and a bakery as well in the resort. All in all, its a great place to stay in Rishikesh. Choose it for great views, good food, and hospitality. Definitely recommend it for staying.

Stayed for 2 night. Property location was awesome to visit, nearby attractions were private beach at Ganga. Amazing views of ganges and hills from room balcony, ram jhoola view in night. Multiple spot to enjoy nature right from restaurant, room, pool and other locations. Food quality is good with higher price side. Limited car parking. Room service is average. No fitness center. Concluding will visit again for sure due to nature and peaceful location.

The Divine Resorts & Spa is about 5-10 mins walk from laxman jhula. Breath taking views of the gang-es from the river facing rooms. Food is good and has variety. Service is prompt. Excellent experience overall. The only complain is that we got a call from the reception on our 2nd day there asking if we could shift to another room in a different wing. We refused but it was odd that they would ask a guest to move after they have settled in.

Please confirm before booking the room. We booked three executive rooms with view but were disappointed that it was not exactly as shown. When complained we were asked to call MakeMyTrip for it. Hotel was not ready to honor the reservation. Very disappointing. Other than that food was good and service was OK. The location of the Divine Resorts & Spa itself is great.

This property is having awesome ganga view. Staff is also very good and understanding the clients pain areas and try to resolve them asap.

A beautiful Divine Resorts & Spa such divine and serene and hence apt name of Divine Resorts & Spa! Very disciplined and one of the largest Divine Resorts & Spa in Rishikesh! Ultimate food and amazing breakfast! Spa was amazing! View is the best and loved the sound of Ganges! Ganga Maiya ke kinare what more than that one want! Love to see you again for sure.
