Its a decent stay, don't expect much, but it was worth the amount(700) i paid. So i dont mind

it was soo hot , and mosquitos , not properly cleaned bed sheets , bad smell

Room was good but no drinking water available and the property was far from the shrine and road was too bad.

good ,bed numbers low good room staffs with in 5 minutes to resolve quries 15 minutes before check in

All were cooperating and did not face language problem with working gyser and AC was cooling very well

Good property it was just 7 minutes walking from the church. The property is clean and tidy. The staff is also customer friendly.

The location is not good, because there is a bad road, Auto not available. We checkin 1.5 hrs earlier from scheduled time of 6.00 am. Checkout time also said 4.30 am the next day. 1 hr extra we requested, but not agreed. Our other group received an extra 1.5 hrs ( until 6.00 am) checkout time from other residents like JS Residents.

1. The stay was overpriced. 2. Rooms were not clean 3. Bed and sheets had stinky smell. 4. They dint even provide the blankets to sleep. 5. There were no toiletries and towels provided. 6. There were so many ants/ mosquitos and lizards. 7. We had to go and ask them to switch on the geyser. For which i had to go searching for them in other building. 8. They switched it on and in exactly 1hr they have switched it off. 9. The staff is never available. Never in my life i am going to choose that stay again

Make my trip shall not recommend these types of properties. Seeing the condition we did not occupy the room. Availed another place to stay

The hotel was clean but the check out time is terrible and no blankets when asked on time lack of acknowledgement

Rooms are ok. Very near walking distance from the velankanni basilica shrine affordable comfortable and hand excellent

There were no facility as mention. Inf-act they tried to give us a room initially which is good for a third grade lodge only having a ac. After a brief fight gave a room, which we might have got it in less than rs. 1500- anywhere in the town. No intercomm, no dustbin, only one towel, no glass and nobody to call for dirty room full of dust on floor.

I like the staff's behaviour and the room was so neat. But it's so interior we found the hotel very difficult.

I booked 2 ac rooms and they gave us non-ac and asked to pay an extra of 600rs for the ac remote. It was clearly stated on the hotels booking page that there were ac and water heater yet they did not provide it.

Goog places to stay velankanni nearly by bench and church wake-up distances. Best services all staff i re-command all my friends and relatives. Nice and good.
