The stay was horrible the rooms didn’t get locked. And cleanliness was terrible they had stains everywhere on the sheets were were shifted to another room but the condition was the same. When asked for refund they denied

The Location is out of City and the rooms are very old & dirty. Food quality is also very poor. It doesn’t seems like a 4 Star

Started with just a 1 day booking, ended up staying for 3 days. The staff, amenities, spa and massage services were too good. The spa centre actually works to soothe your body after a long day of exploring the city.
