Dogra Residency Hotel

Nice place. I like the location of the hotel. And i also like the staff and food. I really appreciate their efforts.

The outside view from the hotel was fabulous tho.

Never ever stays in this hotel. Worst rooms, smell is all over, staff behavior is too bad, blanket & pillows smelling too much

Food was worst. It doesn't have Hotel facilities. It's like Dharamshala.

Good place to stay. We enjoyed. Location and food is great. Staff is good and response quickly. Hotel manager is good.

We stayed in 4 rooms, a common problem was the bathroom whether it is about cleanliness or water availability. Whenever you open the tap, water is not there and then you call reception. Actually, the problem in each bathroom was of leakage. Water pipes were leaking and water was draining. Another problem with bathrooms was the geyser, out of 4, 2 were not operational and we had to adjust. Staff behavior was okay types, I won't say it was good but at the same time, it was not bad also. The worst thing was, they were not even interested in taking feedback to improve their service. Food was less than average, and as there is no other option nearby so you have to bear that. View is good from the hotel rooms and that depends on the room location as well.

Not much as Expected . . No WiFi. No Towel in Bathroom. No Room cleanliness. Old Furniture. No Electricity during the day as due to some Govt. Work outside the Hotel. Not as much as per the Charges paid for the Room Booking. Only Food is Good!
