    Executive rooms in New Building are really good offering great view of the Sunrise in the Sea. Rooms are also very clean and well maintained. However, the deluxe rooms are in the old building which is little bit dingy and and small and it's better to avoid those. But the location of the property and the direct access to the beaches is the biggest highlight of the property along with good food. No complaints there.

    The property is located between mandarmani and tajpur. The executive double bed room is spacious and clean. Their food is also tasty and reasonable. Only drawback is the loud music in the pool area.
