Dolphin Hotel

We stayed for 2 nights , 30 min drive from airport, in the middle of the city and close to beach. Staff are very good but Reception is slow, I called from the airport that we are coming and they said yes sir please come rooms are ready, but after we reached it took almost 25 to 40 minutes to type 8 guests name and allocate rooms, men while in waiting we asked for drinking water but they didn’t provided, Finally we got in to rooms and coming out after 10 minutes there comes a boy with welcome drink. You need to expect delay in check in process. The property is old one but very nice, some renovation work also going on , We asked for 4 rooms with twin beds but one room they provided double bed. Room is neat and tidy, ,good house keeping ,buffet breakfast is excellent , in restaurant facades every steward is very good in serving.,. We also enjoyed the swimming pool which in good condition. Good parking , I recommend this Dolphin Hotel , thanks to MMT for nice deal.

Excellent service overall. I will rate you 3.5 out of 5. Reason for not giving that 1 and half point is bcoz of the below. The breakfast buffet spread had very - very limited or NIL option for those who don’t eat garlic/onion. The staff was also very reluctant to assist or take the extra initiative to arrange as per the requirement. Please look into this to earn that extra point on your rating chart.

The Dolphin Hotel ambience was nice 🙂, we were staying on the 7th floor and the view from there was wonderful. We had breakfast at casscades which was very delicious 😋 and the services provided by the Dolphin Hotel was very fulfilling and the staff members were also very cheerful and of welcoming nature.

The Dolphin Hotel was in a prime location, close to all the major attractions. Breakfast was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from... The staff was friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable.

It was wonderful stay.. breakfast and dinner was really tasty.Hotel was very neat and clean.checking and check out time was much comfortable..we don't faced any problems.overall it was very nice.will visit again.🙂

although it's a old property but very well managed, rooms and bathroom are very clean and well maintained. break fast was good. very good ambience and location. staff were also well behaved. I recommend it.

Pool was good and breakfast too. Rooms were spacious and services were good . Only thing lacked was limited pool timings

Rooms were clean. Food was delicious. There were so many options for food for my kids. That was the best part. They made whatever we asked. We enjoyed the stay there alot.
