Worst experience in Goa and Am with my family

The place is easy to locate, but not nicely maintained. There was no security. Room and the facilities were ok. Services are zero. The place is suggestible for bachelors only.

Visited Calangute with family on business trip. Dolphin Studio was ok you don't get free parking staff was very courteous.

Very bad and worst service on both rooms and staff services

No drinking water was provided.

I have a big story to tell but here I can't. Better stay away from this booking. If you book you will have a bad day.

Room are good but no room service available. No food drinks available on campus. Staff attitude is also not good.

No room service, no staff. There no hotel with name of Dolphin studios. They kept different name and adjusting in some other hotels where the room are not filled. Please don,t book Dolphin studios.

Hotel room was not as shown in picture. Else facilities were worst than expected. Apartment staff was rude in conversation. Strongly recommend not to book this apartment to anyone.

Rooms were good and spacious. Ac and washrooms are good. But the staff were not good. No drinking water available in rooms. Need to carry water bottles all the time. Overall experience is good.

The location was near Calangute so easily reachable, staff was helpful, they have provided all the facilities and the food was also nice. Our room was in front of the swimming pool so there was swimming view from the room. The property is not good for couples. Highly recommendable.

Name of the hotel was not same as per the your site had given. It was totally different. They placed us in a society which was very bad. And that's why we couldn't enjoy there. Electricity was cutting off frequently while cooking food. There was no room service. There was a no solutions for our queries and problems at a single time. So I suggest that to new customers don't book room on this site.

First given a room in a place with no swimming pool and kitchen but after a complaint to the company, they arranged in another building with pool and kitchen the next day. But the kitchen was locked and told us to cook somewhere else. The ac was not working for no current is given to the socket for ac. The building was with no signboard, it was very hard to find, we waste almost an hour searching for it. At last a staff came to help. Very much disappointed this time.

Too bad experience at the hotel rather call it a rented apartment. We called the property on our way yet they failed to give us a proper destination. We tried to us the google maps and found that the property didn't even exists as its showing that we reached the destination almost 200 MTR ahead. They don't have a proper address as the so called Dolfin apartments didn't even exists. Its just a rented apartment by a group of people with a fake name. We called the property and they asked us to meet them by the KFC which is again 500 MTR from the apartment. They didn't have our booking details and have to wait fr long before they can retrieve the booking information. Then they took us to the property and again we have to wait as the person showed up is just a staff and we have to wait for his boss for the keys. We waited like 45 minutes in the sun before we can get the keys. We have paid full amount when we booked and still they ask us to pay before check in as deposit. There is no such things available at the property like elevator or reception. They make us check in right outside the property in the sun using his mobile and showed us the room which is on the third floor. Very large room with good pool view, but didn't have something caller cleanliness. Very shabby cupboards, too much stained duvets, there is too much of hair on the bed and duvets, spring beds from 16 century and the list will go on like that. Eventually we didn't feel to stay there and went outside and booked another apartment to spent the night. We didn't even bothered to call them as they were hopeless. We came back to the property in the morning by 8:30 to check out and called them to return our deposit. We have to keep on calling them for more than an hour and half and still nobody showed up. We eventually have to leave the property as my friends have a flight to catch and I called them to inform them that we we are leaving and they asked us to wait on the road again. We waited for like 20 minutes and no one showed up and I asked my friends to proceed to airport and I waited there for them. They showed up like again after 20 minutes and paid my money and they didn't even have the courtesy to say sorry and only thing even after all this is to get an good review from me. Feeling pitty for those who are planning to book there. Staff didn't even have time for his customers.
