Dorms By Aura Cottage

the stay was quite nice , places near police bazar and ward's lake + the care taker didi is also v nice . the wifi doesn't work properly all the time but it'manageable

I stayed in the mixed bed dormitory in Aura Cottage which had basic utilities like 2 bunk beds and charging points. The bathrooms were also on shared basis and were again basic and clean. The best thing about this place is its location as it is just 10 min away from Wards Lake. However there are no restaurants to eat around here. Few suggestions would be more blankets to be provided during winter season as it was freezing during the night, should have a generator system as the place had frequent power cuts, the geysers were also not working and had to take bath with cold water. Some overall maintenance of the place could also improve its rating.

location is good but found price descrimination...toilet is outside...it's Ohk Ohk type for boys or girls but family may doesn't like

Average. No mirror in room. Power of Light is very less. Non attached Bathroom is inconvenient. Otherwise ok

It's was good stay friendly caretaker. She did everything whatever we r asking for . Rate was also reasonable

whenever i go to shillong solo with a 2 wheeler, i choose this dorm. peaceful and quiet, enough parking space for my ride and the rooms might get a bit chilly at night because of the wooden wall. lovely to stay during rainy season because of the see-through skylight..

The domitory room is too small to accommodate 4 beds. The toilet is also not attached in this dorms. But, it is clean and well maintained, also geyser available. Overall, i can say that the price is a bit high in consideration with the facility available.

So expensive and very congested bed. No attach bathroom. Even no glass no mirror no towel. Nothing they provide. Mm t take 2429. 00 for two beds only. Very worst experience.
