We had booked a forest view room initially, however we were pleasantly surprised when the lady at reception informed us that we were chosen as guest of the day. We got room upgrade to river view, received complimentary foot message coupons and certain discount in cab booking via hotel. Room was fantastic with very clean bathroom. The view was fantastic. We definitely look forward to book again. Breakfast spread was good, staff was extremely helpful.

Worst staff from hotel

Staff is horrible, not guest friemdly main issue is Cab, i have booked through make my trip but they are not allowing makemy trip cab into hotel, almost i was about to miss flight due to this issue, as Hotel staff also not taking responsibility.

View from hotel is good but Hotel itself is more of a casino than hotel. There are bookies all around. During breakfast it is so crowded. There is no privacy around swimming pool. Room was stinky and had foul smells. Linens were not hygienic. After complaining to hotel staff they could not offer us good hospitality.

We enjoyed the stay. We got an upgrade to river view room which was amazing. They also gave us a complimentary spa session for 15 minutes. The spa ambiance was also great. It had an infinity pool which we enjoyed. Will definitely recommend it to others.

The hotel.states its in panjim but its a good 6 or 7 km from panjim main city. As u booked from make my trip they do not add my points to my membership i also booked a spa no points so what the hell is happening. The rooms are very very far from.lift 428 was my room and very far the breakfast was crap and I asked for a coffee took me 45 mins to give me one

The location is amazing. There is no other property like this in this area. Property looks new only even though is isn’t. So well maintained. The pool is the best location and the breakfast was great too. The service and staff everything is excellent. You will definitely enjoy your stay. There are games and football basketball turf space as well. Rooms are spacious enough and no complaints.

The stay was really awesome. We were greeted very warmly by the staff . We got the welcome drink and cookies just after entering the hotel . A manager was assigned to us who can assist us if anything was to be arranged by the hotel or if we had any concern . We were also greeted by fruits in the room . The view from the room was of river which was really beautiful. The food was awesome and top notch . We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel itself . There is also infinity pool . There is wellness spa also where we got foot massage and it was a really refreshing experience.The overall stay at hilton was excellent.
