DoubleTree by Hilton Goa - Panaji

1. Food quality is very good 2. Very good staff and great hospitality 3. Rooms are big in size with spacious sitting inside and in balcony. 4. Only concern is very small toilet area and small comode, poor architecture design of bathroom, light is diminish, bathroom door has ventilation thus all the sound from bathroom can be heard outside getting out from bathroom is also contested. 5. Bed height is high not upto the recommended standard, there are no light switches given on bed side but given in the centre of king size bed thus using appliances is difficult 6. All the sitting furniture in the restaurant is low thus not comfortable to sit and to get up 7. Overall excellent staff courtesy good food quality. Hotel is very nice specially for someone who would like to chill and relax and out from the bustle of city life. It has nice mountain, river and forest views on its three sides as if you are staying in the centre of forest. Hotel offer all the five stars amenities and services at its best and deserves to be a true five star DoubleTree by Hilton Goa - Panaji. Hotel staff is also polite and well behaved except one person . When we entered the gym, he started staring at us. When we entered in the gym, he took out the fruit kept on the table for guest inside the staff room. We ignored and started doing the workout; however he interrupted us and rudely asserted that we need to wear the shoes before workout. As my wife did not carry the shoes on the tour, we requested him to let allow my wife to do light weight workout without shoes as we are regular gym goer but he rudely and impolitely refused our request and told us that he won’t allow her to do the workout without shoes. Here, a point i want to raise not that he disallowed us to do the workout but the manner and behaviours he behaved. He seemed highly unmannered and not deserve to work in 5 star DoubleTree by Hilton Goa - Panaji. We also raises the his complaint with the DoubleTree by Hilton Goa - Panaji management and hope that the DoubleTree by Hilton Goa - Panaji management would take appropriate action against him.

We had 1 night stay. Overall experience was nice. Location is nice, specially having a casino next door makes it nice. There was a small dampness smell in lower levels. We were told some work was going on. Outside taxi not allowed was disappointed. Drop to nearest was rs 1700 which is very high.

First of all the ambience and the vibes hits totally differently. I love the experience here of everything from the reception to the rooms to the food. Its awesome. The staff, managers are all nice and greets so perfectly even the security at the gate. Please visit this place.

I was booked by make my trip, i was stayed. I was check out 20 jan. I also send gst no. To DoubleTree by Hilton Goa - Panaji reception counter but till date DoubleTree by Hilton Goa - Panaji does not sending tax invoice

The booking, check-in, stay and check-out was smooth and pleasant. The food was of excellent quality and so were the amenities like swimming pool and other recreational facilities.

The property and location is superb and the food is out of this world. This is my 5th stay here and i love it every bit and will keep coming and recommending it to everyone

All staff is good and cooperative specially mr chandan who serve in restaurants are nice and helpful

Property location is at very beautiful landscape with river, jungle and natural view. Food was also very good, enjoyed swimming pool service, it was extremely good.
