I recently had the pleasure of staying at this DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square, and i must commend the exceptional service provided by the team. From the moment i arrived, the valet staff greeted me with genuine smiles and warmth, setting a positive tone for my stay. The same level of friendliness and professionalism extended throughout my experience, including room service, where every interaction was marked by a sincere willingness to assist. What stood out most was the team's ability to connect with guests on a personal level. Their cheerful and supportive demeanor truly enhanced my stay. I highly recommend this DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square for its outstanding service and pleasant atmosphere.

I recently stayed at the doubletree by hilt-on bani square for a birthday celebration, and i must say, the entire experience was great. From the moment we arrived, the security check process was seamless, and the warm cookies at check-in set the tone for a delightful stay. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly throughout our visit. A special shoutout to sandeep from the front office, who ensured our check-in was smooth and muktar did a fantastic job decorating our room, making the celebration even more special. Thank you to everyone at doubletree by hilt-on bani square for making our stay memorable. We look forward to returning soon!

Right from beginning, mr himanshu at the DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square reception was extremely polite and helpful and assisted me and my family with the induction routine. We were allotted room on higher floor which was neat and clean and the staff throughout the stay was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very elaborate and delicious and definitely a worth try for all visiting. My overall experience was amazing and i would recommend it for family. I would extent my thanks to mr prince at security and mr himanshu at reception

After a few initial hiccups, the staff surely made up for it and my stay ended up being pleasurable and very comfortable. As a lone woman traveling for work, the staff at this property really do take care of you. They were all super friendly, from the restaurant staff, front office to the housekeeping. Thank you so much! i will surely be visiting again. Special thanks to the manager atul, gajanan and amit from the restaurant and room service. And abhishek from housekeeping !

Stay was far better than our expectations. Location of DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square is the best part, clubs and eateries are on walking distance. Pool is on the roof top with city view which looks stunning in night. Staff was very humble and welcoming. Breakfast buffet was good and had reasonable number of options. Room was cozy. In DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square pics, tv in the room is shown small but to our surprise it was a big one.

Great place. Welcoming staff. Clean rooms with all amenities required. Great infrastructure. Close proximity to market as well. All covid protocols followed. Rooms were clean and anything and everything required for stay was available. Food was awesome, great variety of beverages and cuisines. Some of the items which were required to be hot was not but you can always ask them and they will get it straight away.

Excellent location, excellent service. Food is just superb, opens all your taste buds. Tv panel in the room is excellent to watch (big, with all hd channels. Breakfast menu choice is so big, one can only think what to eat and what to skip. Great hospitality, soft spoken staff, served us dinner even at midnight. Thanks hilt-on for keeping our expectations and hopes high.

stay was good DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square reception area is nice great staff but they need to work on their lobbies and lift.room was comfortable enough but got a problem at night a pipe got brust at 3 am in the morning that was annoying a little but they rectified it in the morning rest the stay was good food quality is also 👍

I stayed there after an office event in the same DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square. It was comfortable stay and with good food and amenities

We had gone with my 1 year child and the DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square staff was taken care for everything i loved to be stayed at this DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square.

Full of hygiene measures taken by the staff while its property or food.

Breakfast at glass restaurant and dinner and drinks at sky bar was a good experience. Would like to visit other hilton properties as well!

Food is good, location is perfect and rooms were clean.

The room was pretty cosy and very classy at the same time. Though we couldn't get the requested room, but the views were still great from the room at night time.

Very good property. Superb location in gurgoan and very good food and service. Room were decently big with all amenities.

Overall the stay was good but can do a lot better with cleanliness as they are charging premium for the stay.
