Property location is good. Food could have been better. Amenities are okay. Lobby ambience is good. Cleanliness also can be improved. Surrounding area or garden area, greenery missing. Somehow found rooms not that cozy. Chill uneasy feeling in winter. Even bath hot water could have been better. Property completed 10 years and some extension work is going on.

Braj mohan and his team were really helpful. They took the initiative to solve the minor inconvenience and made sure that we had a comfortable stay. He understands customer relations and solved all the minor inconveniences

Very confortable room. But breakfast is not at the level of Hilton. No cups, no hot water, no box with different tea. Floor at the breakfast not clean. Needs really to think réorganisation of the breakfast fast.

Super friendly DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Agra in Agra. It took 10min from Taj Mahal by car. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was okay for foreigner. Overall, satisfied stay.
