DoubleTree by Hilton - New Delhi NCR

The property was very conveniently located for me personally but for a business traveller and a frequent visitor of 5 star properties i was somewhat disappointed. I got a corner room, the bathroom had a leakage issue which was resolved when brought to notice but honestly i expected before checking in a guest it should have been inspected. I was extremely disappointed with the breakfast spread. The breads didn’t seem fresh, the spread was ok did not have cheese, change of menu on a daily basis, service at the restaurant needs improvement. On the positive note : i was quite happy with the room service and staff. They were polite and helpful. The drop to airport was extremely comfortable too. I will choose the property again purely because of convenience of location for me but would be helpful if the mentioned aspects are improved.

It’s a good business DoubleTree by Hilton - New Delhi NCR with decent rooms. The best thing is the great breakfast this DoubleTree by Hilton - New Delhi NCR offers. The helpline staff on the phone is most is very slow and incompetent. I didn’t have mobile charger socket and asked for help, and the staff completely refused to do anything and they were not even aware that there is usb charging point available in the rooms, on checking out when I told the front desk about it, then that person told me that they do provide charging cables or extension cords and he felt so sorry for the staff’s behaviour. Otherwise, very good DoubleTree by Hilton - New Delhi NCR.

i liked the stay. considering hilton it's a price effective option compared to other DoubleTree by Hilton - New Delhi NCRs in the market. really efficient and helpful staff even considered my late night dinner request considering i was landing late and it was promptly sent to my room. overall i would recommend it to both business and leisure travellers.. one thing that i would like to recommend is that considering they are 5 star they should closely examine the amenities in the room as well and improve the quality.

It was a great stay there in hilt-on room - higher floor nice room clean and comfortable. Food - lot of variety in breakfast items, specially fresh fruit juice counter, live paranthas & south indian and many other options. Surprise- christmas small party from the house of hilt-on free high tea & christmas cake, cookies, red wine and more options. Overall stay was very good, i would love to stay again. Location- 10 out of 10 thanks for their staff courtesy.

1. Location is very excellent, rapid metro is just at the mouth of the exit gate. Golf course road proximity is also nice. Privacy is good since no other building is there at this height. Try for room =8 floor 2. Food is ok. Taste is good, variety is excellent, but healthy options are limited. 3. Hygeine could've been better, since i could see houseflies inside DoubleTree by Hilton - New Delhi NCR. 4. Social distancing is appropriately maintained

One of my friends who has recommended to stay in star DoubleTree by Hilton - New Delhi NCRs with respective of hygiene food n safety standards. And i have chosen the same. And selected hilt-on we have travel-led from abroad and my family n kids are liked the stay yes, more spread-ed breakfast and food was excellent staffs are very nice and approached us daily and cross checked our comfortable stay n needs excellent experience we had

Guys you can always go for this DoubleTree by Hilton - New Delhi NCR, rooms are pretty spacious, there are all the amenities available in the room, the DoubleTree by Hilton - New Delhi NCR is good from safety prospective, the overall hygiene level of the DoubleTree by Hilton - New Delhi NCR is pretty good, the food is delicious, breakfast buffet is very good in spread and taste too, staff are courteous and very helpful.

If you are staying in gurgaon, doubletree is the best. It’s a cute little DoubleTree by Hilton - New Delhi NCR, but the staffs are extremely professional and nice. I checked in at 12am in the midnight, and these people were still nom complaining and super helpful. Late checkout was available. Very nice location. Food is awesome. Spa is closed due to covid but other than that, highly recommended.

We stayed at this DoubleTree by Hilton - New Delhi NCR as a family to celebrate rakhi and the stay was very comfortable. The location, room, amenities. Everything was just as it should be.

An excellent stay. The location of this DoubleTree by Hilton - New Delhi NCR is perfect. Very very centrally located. We ordered food from room service almost daily and the food never ever disappointed us. All the basic amenities were provided. The rooms are very spacious.

It's a nice property good ambience and coprative staff rooms are spacious with all available amenities pool area and gym is also available

The staff was very cooperative and allowed early stay. Very few DoubleTree by Hilton - New Delhi NCR in gurgaon allow this facility free of cost.

While everything looked good and clean otherwise, my room had cob webs behind the wooden desk meant for charging, and room service rates are exorbitant for the super less quantity. I ordered a kebab platter. The platter that came with just six pieces of assorted kababs and 2 small mushrooms and that too for rs. 1000- what a rip off!

The stay was comfortable and pleasant. The staff was friendly and attentive towards the guest and even provided a complimentary meal

Stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton - New Delhi NCR for some family function. Need to upgrade on suit rooms as maintainance is a major challenge.

So it was a very amazing stay i had in hilton though i didnt get the chance to have the breakfast as i have to leave early but m sure as the dinner was quite good same goes for the breakfast also i suppose

Good value of money DoubleTree by Hilton - New Delhi NCR though room service in terms of plates and crockery being sent can be improved
