DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bengaluru Outer Ring Road

I love how warm the doubletree staff at bengaluru were. They welcomed me, and were wonderful hosts. I was also made the guest of the day and given an upgrade, which was quite a delight especially after the long travel i had just been on. Since i have been to many properties in the city, i was apprehensive of the room quality despite the service, but doubtletree surprised me there as well. The breakfast buffet the following morning was wonderful, and i complemented the chef on presenting us with such a wholesome experience. Overall, it was delightful and elevated my work trip experience by a significant degree. I look forward to visiting doubletree more often in my future travels to the city.

Room was nice, overlooking a green wood, the extra space in the suite is welcome! the bathroom had some design flaws: water leaks out of the shower cubicle, misalignment between the tap and the sink causes the slab to get wet every time one washes one’s hands! breakfast is decent but the space is crowded and a bit too compact with tables very close together. Staff is well meaning and courteous but communication could be far better. One has to repeat requests and instructions 2-3 times for them to be understood and acted upon. The main thing was that the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bengaluru Outer Ring Road was close to my place of work on this trip so very convenient!

We have been a regular at hilt-on bydt oven last year. We stayed during our last trip at the radission. Just for a change. But came back to hilt-on as we found more vfm here. Start with staff courtsey and how they recognize a regular customer. It is a fahmoment ! the deluxe suite is worth the extra inr. View is green and u get a lot more in to amenities. They have a play pen for toddlers too. We will be back.

Checked in with family to celebrate my 60th birthday and enjoyed the dinner and breakfast included in the room tarriff. Next day stayed till the sun-day brunch which again was superlative. The front desk was very cooperative and gave us a late check out for one room considering my 1 year olds grand daughter was with us. Definitely coming back again and a special thanks to the wonderful staff.

The rooms are nice and comfortable. The location was a few minutes from our meeting spot in hsr layout, a huge advantage in bangalore traffic. The rooftop bar is a good experience on a december evening. The coffee shop / restaurant was understaffed and the service underwhelming. Not the server’s fault. The f&b head should figure this one.

the stay was hood and comfortable…. the facilities and the room service provided by the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bengaluru Outer Ring Road were great… the only thing we faced were a lot of ants around the kitchen area … i feel the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bengaluru Outer Ring Road needs to get a pesticide done for this.

They have limited options for dinner menu as they insist u to order from the in house restaurant they have. Not at all worthy for non vegetarian and they don't even re fill immediately. Most of the items will be empty post 1hour of the dinner start time and they won't refill until l u continuously ask them.

Loved everything about the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bengaluru Outer Ring Road. Hilt-on at its best. Been to hilt-on DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bengaluru Outer Ring Roads in usa and yes this DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bengaluru Outer Ring Road maintained those international standards.

The location of the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bengaluru Outer Ring Road is very good. Excellent and spacious rooms and very good hygiene practices. Location and ambience is also good. The dinner could have been better.

Restaurant is good. So is the staff and service. However my room was very cramped due to its small size
