Room was dirty and bad smell was coming from room ants and cockroaches were everywhere. No hot water for bath, toilet seat was not cleaned, tv not working, no refrigerator fiirst thing they give us other room that room was horrible experience

The hospitality of the staff is too good they have provided us neat and clean bed sheets and pillows hotel is situated near calangute beach in 5mins walk you will find all the restaurants, market so am glad to have such a great deal with affordable price

Down town is worst hotel. The rooms which they shows in pics are different from allotted rooms. Breakfast also no quality. Staff will not respond to us property. Pleae don't choose this hotel.

Budget friendly new specious rooms at heart of calangute

Value for money. A must referred property to budget friendly people. The location is at a very well connected of calangute area. Everything is available nearby (24x7) the owner and staffs are very cooperative. New and well-maintained rooms. The only thing i would suggest, if they can come up with food arrangements it ll be heaven for goa budget backpackers.

Worst hotel

It was the worst hotel stay of my life in this hotel where complete cheating is done by hotel & i will not recommend anyone to choose this hotel for their stay/trip, while booking it was said that as deluxe rooms with breakfast, whereas i had got normal standard rooms in a far distance property of the hotel with no breakfast any day from the hotel, on asking staff about breakfast they said its given as complimentary which is not mandatory to hotel, above of that the towels/bedsheets are not changed next day during housekeeping

Bad experience

Would not recommend a stay here. No strong a/c. No basic amenities available e. G. Cloth hanging mounts. Our first day breakfast provided by them was maggi and the other day it was shera which was not cooked properly. Bedsheets were never changed. Only 2 mins sweeping was done.

There is no exhaust fan in washroom. The breakfast was so bad that it could not be eaten. There is no phone for ordering something.

Stayed in hotel for 3 days. Staff suraj is very helpful. Distance of hotel to calagute beach is approximately 1 km and there is no power backup. We got sleepless nights as there was continuous knocking at door may be place is haunted. Breakfast is like poha and lemon rice etcl. Security 0 as anyone can come to your room from the road below.
