Dragonfly Hotel - The Art Hotel

Man, all the employees were superstars. Very attentive even before we enter the Dragonfly Hotel - The Art Hotel. We were greeted after we exited our car, they took care of our luggages and made sure we had a smooth check in experience. The room was cleaned twice a day, which was more than most Dragonfly Hotel - The Art Hotels I ever stayed in. Everyone was very nice and warm and friendly. Also the breakfast staffs were accommodating! Just that I wish the breakfast menu changes every day so that the guests who stayed for more than 2 days dont get bored with the bfast menu. Other than that, superb. P.s. keep in mind the road to this Dragonfly Hotel - The Art Hotel has a very bad traffic jam 🤣

very comfortable and warm room.plenty of electric shocket to charge devices .great tv and excellent hot shower,so easy to use . friendly staff and fantastic tasty food veg and non veg really enjoyed.The Dragonfly Hotel - The Art Hotel is very central within easy to reach shops and and tourist places .and also couple friendly Dragonfly Hotel - The Art Hotel .we enjoyed our stay for two days .i booked deluxe room space wise good but only one minus point is bathroom is too small not comfortable for shower .but whatever definately will visit next .thank you 😊

Best hospitality I have ever come across. Staff here are really polite and attentive. Starting from the reception,manager, room service, rooftop service and also the dine in everything was amazing. Breakfast buffet had so many options and the taste was also good . Also food we ordered on rooftop or into the room was delicious especially the starters. Moreover once when we ordered out the menu chef has also prepared it. I definitely recommend this place for an awesome experience and the royal treatment. 😊

Had a fabulous stay at the Dragonfly Hotel - The Art Hotel! the Dragonfly Hotel - The Art Hotel staff were super friendly and very helpful. The only thing is as person with a wheelchair scooter the Dragonfly Hotel - The Art Hotel is not very accessible. They have temporary ramps they left down for our stay and anywhere we needed to go they were right there to help. The deluxe suite room was fantastic! the bathroom was huge and had both a tub and shower.

Excellent location and great staff. Always makes me feel welcome when i am here, and they remember us from previous stays. Rooms are special and well maintained and air conditioned. The staff are very well trained and strive to make the stay very good and memorable. Food at cocon is always amazing and the wait service there is some of the best i've ever had. Always look forward to my next visit!

The Dragonfly Hotel - The Art Hotel is in a great spot, easy to reach by any transportation. The reception was friendly and efficient, taking care of everything quickly. The rooms and air conditioning are comfy and peaceful, with clean and warm beds for instant relaxation. The room service is attentive, addressing our needs promptly, even if there's a slight delay they informed us about.

Nothing any complaints against this property. All things are pretty good and service were perfect. Would have it as a option.
