ILIF 2801 Dream Holidays, Lonavala

The location & amenities is good but it doesn't have inverter or generator for power cut issue, since at the night power not available in hotel.

Stay was not at all good. Rooms are good but not cleaned and bed and bedsheets are not cleaned properly. Swimming pool is not maintained well. Staff service was very bad. Breakfast not many options only Upma and poha. Property stay like room is ok but not cleaned properly and bed and blankets are not so cleaned. Break fast was only two options poha and upma that too when we asked they prepared. Overall not liking ambience and cleanlyness

location: good, food : good, swimming pool: average, staff: average, facility: 6 out of 10, so many facilities described in MMT but in original there is 2/3 facility only

I stayed here with my friends, Room Cleaning and Ambience is Nice, Staff is very Friendly, Need little improvements but overall is good Experience.

Cleaning was poor , balcony not cleaned, AC was very poor , fan making sound and speed control not working , washroom leakage , switch broken , no phone in room to Oder food , manually ordered food not delivered, bedding was very bad and spots

Place is clean and well maintained. Food is also good. they have good size of swimming pool.

The stay was good, for group it's very nice place to visit as they give good and fast service, and it's couple friendly as well

Property is ok. location is also very ok types not near to main road. towels were not given. bedsheets were also not good. but they supported us with early check in that is good and staff behaviour is ok

Hotel lacked basic amenities. No table, chair,mirror in the room. Bathroom was terrible. Didn't have even a foot mat outside washroom. Basic toiletries missing. Had to ask for soap. Balcony was untidy. Breakfast was horrible. Only poha available for vegetarian. Will not recommend for family travel.
