We recently stayed at dream inn in surendranagar. The hotel appears new but has a noticeable pungent smell that needs addressing. The restaurant and its staff were excellent, providing a great dining experience. However, the reception staff seemed overconfident with limited understanding. Since the reception is the face of the hotel, i believe they would benefit from additional training. Overall, there’s potential for improvement.
