The staff was not supportive. Hot water service not provided. The worst part was people knocking door midnight knowing there were ladies alone in the room. this was a serious security concern. wifi service not available. recommend to stay away from this property.

It was a very small room when I checked-in the key was not working I was asked to wait for a longer period, The hotel has not provided an alternative room old towel was given, no service

I was booked through MMT on this hotel stay request for company travel purposes.... But I TODAY check out and ask for Bill to claim....they said that we don't give a bill for online booking.

The hotel is nearby the station but it's on highway. Nearby there is nothing to eat. I had to change the hotel next day to nearby tirunelveli bus stop.

Distance is more from station and auto charge is high. Food also we have to take auto. Whoever their own vehicle it is recommended since hotel is neat

Location far away from railway station and bus stand. No hotels near by. Rooms are clean and good for basic stay.

I booked a single room, place located near to city and easy to reach places. Service they provided were good enough and price is comparatively cheap. Also it's an newly constructed hotel.

the arrangement given by the hotel staffs are nice and situated in a good location which 5 km far way from Railway station and easy to get auto for pick up and drop to statiin. overall Good 👍👍👍

The property is situated at a remote location. Nothing is available at nearby distance. No autos are available nearby. It is a pretty old type lodge though a newly constructed one. However the staff are courteous enough. If you don't know tamil it would be very difficult to get along here.
