Dream Land Residency

Really great experience at this Dream Land Residency. Location close to shops and restaurants. The room itself was great. It had 2 double beds for us, a family of 4. Very clean. Room service was very prompt. All our requests were fulfilled without any delay. An in-house restaurant would've been great. But they don't have one. All staff members were very polite and courteous. They gave us an extension of 3hrs beyond checkout time without additional cost. Overall I highly recommend this Dream Land Residency to everyone.

This Dream Land Residency is very good from facilities point of view at offered price like clean room, 24 hours power, tv, water heater, Internet, parking. Front desk staff was very cooperative. I have stayed here for one day with family and it was an excellent stay. Staffs was friendly and cooperative rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean enough parking space was available its insidebthe city only there is no restaurant available but they have contact with restaurants so food was available-non order. Machine coffee and tea available

Hotel is good clean well maintained i stayed here for 3 days. But only drawback is no restaurant in Dream Land Residency which causing trouble for each meal need to go out in search for food, dear Dream Land Residency management suggest you incorporate restaurant in Dream Land Residency which will attract more guests happy stay @ dreamland

Cubbords was not properly maintained. Everything else good. Place is too far for side seeings places in Wayanad. Except for very few. I am really happy for low cost I got the good .. They are providing tooth brush and paste also in the rooms. Reseptionisht helped me in guiding the places to visit and how much time it will take.

This is quite a nice Dream Land Residency to stay while in mananthavady town. Rooms are clean and large. Commercial establishments are close by. Sufficient parking space. Only draw back i noticed was the lack of an in-house restaurant and room service. Couldn't get coffee/tea etc. They should make some arrangements for it.

The property is on a one way street at the center of the town. Only problem is the heavy traffic in the region which makes reaching the property bit difficult in evening hours. There is no inhouse restaurant, but it is not a problem as there are restaurants near the property

All was well located in the centre of the town.

Good Dream Land Residency. Nice ambience. But they charged me for the mineral water which otherwise use to be in the package. Hot water facility in the bathroom at times fails.

This Dream Land Residency stands in the main market with large parking facility, room are neat and clean, staffs are good. Near by all type of food options, restaurant & market available.
