Nice and clean property, caretaker is really helpful

Excellent location & property amenities. Except that wifi & TV was unavailable as against promised as per voucher

Location was perfect close to ST stand and market. 2km away from Shiroda beach. Food was not available at the property. Amenities were as per the voucher. But WiFi and TV was not provided which is very bad on part of the commitment.

I have visited the property along with my family on 23rd Feb and checked out on 27th morning.The experience related to property is not so good .. it’s mixed. WiFi and TV are available but actually WIFI is not available and since we knew that Jio network is not working in that area WIFI was must for us and TV was just a showpiece.. no connection..so free channels are also can’t be watched .They offered one flat initially.. but when I opened the kitchen drawer it was full of insects.. I tried to contact Tripvilla staff for above issues but no response from them. But the caretaker there Mr. Ajay Utekar was very helpful.. he had given us another flat and provided us one Vodafone SIM which we put in our handset so that we could get connected with our other family members .. but it seems very risky in today’s situation . Also another staff Akshay had given contact number of one home made food provider in that area..Mrs Pooja ..she is providing very delicious home made food with reasonable price and free home delivery .This food made our trip memorable .. location is good and flats are specious. But no toiletries provided.. so considering all positive points if you wish to visit this property pls carry your towels napkins soaps shampoo with you.. and your bed sheet if possible .They are providing refrigerator kettle etc . So the review is mixed

Room was good, but television not working

The floors were sticky and muddy and not clean or sanitized. There was a distinct smell of mortein all over the place and even so there were bugs all over and even on the bed. We asked the caretaker to clean the house but he said he just cleaned it. It was terrible for the price we paid and the photos that were shown. We did not even stay there and had to leave to stay somewhere else we are in the process of getting a refund hopefully we will get it because this experience was unacceptable.

Property location was good, facilities were nice. It's near to Paradise ⛱️ beach

Way too cheap for the quality of apartments and service. New property. All mentioned amenities provided. Excellent experience.

Stay was awesome. The room had all the modern facilities and is easily accessible. Ajay was very very helpful. Needs wifi, buckets for bathrooms.

It's not the hotel it's the home stay. There was delay of 30mins bcoz no one was there at reception but over all good experience just the room was not clean before check in. Parshuram who manages the rooms is good guy help with cleaning the room. Have a call beforehand with reception or owner. Overall stay was good beach is 5 min from the location. Nice.

My recent stay at dream z was a delightful experience. The hotel's welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff made me feel instantly comfortable. The room was clean and exact, with modern amenities and a cozy ambiance, the decor and cleanliness was really good. The hotel's location provided easy access to attractions, beaches etc. From check-in to check-out, the seamless service and warm hospitality left a lasting positive impression, making my stay truly memorable.

Recently dropped into dream z goa and the property is pretty nice and i liked it as we stepped in. Its a big spacious 2 bedroom suite room that we had got. The best thing is fully air conditioned and they gave us a small microwave and fridge also in the room. As i was travel-ling with family and teenage kids its pretty nice as i can heat food in the room. We booked here to avoid the party crowd and it is still very close to paradise beach. The watersports here was cheaper even though we were 10mins from goa. Arambol and other main market was also close. Hotel was good enough to do bookings for us for sightseeing, arranging the cab person at less rate and the banana ride was too much fun. Will visit here again because they have rightly said of white sands.
