We booked this hotel for 3 days and had a very disappointing experience. We had booked a family room, which ideally should include two beds, but upon arrival, we were given a normal room with only one bed. When we raised this issue, we were told that all family rooms were already booked — which was confusing since the room type was still available for booking online. The second and even more unpleasant issue was that there was no hot water. After spending time at the beach, it’s impossible to manage without a proper bath, especially considering the weather conditions. We were traveling with a 2-year-old baby, and when we requested at least some arrangement for warm water, we were told they could provide half a bucket of hot water. Even that promise wasn’t kept. Overall, this experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling with babies or kids. It’s definitely a no-go if you expect basic comfort and honesty about what you book.

Property was ok and rooms are neat and but customer service needs to improve a lot to be frank.

The location is ok, and the rooms are neat and clean. Had a peaceful stay.

They are not in a position to arrange a dental kit and lied to me that they are not serving dental kit at their hotel.

Room is good but wifi is not working and TV cupboard is full of dust.

Easily found location because I know that place. And food, amenities &services very nice. Stayed happy.

The horrible stay, room is smelling bad and bathroom is dirty and shower is not at all working and it’s pouring water to whole bathroom, no maintenance at all. Not recommended

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. Everything in the room are in working condition.

The location was also great — easily accessible and surrounded by scenic beauty.

the rooms were allotted very late ...plus the AC in the room did not have much cooling effect...other than tat it was worth a stay

The room was good, clean. The linens were very clean. The floor was also very clean and well maintained. But we could not get hot water and could not take bath. Numerous calls to reception for hot water were not heeded. I had stayed here many times before, this is the first time this is happening

Whole room interior and aesthetic was Mantained. But one of room lights were not working and shower curtains were hanging on top of the rod rather than being in the rod.

The toilet was not cleaned then i asked cleaner to clean and i book standard room with 1 deluxe bed but they gave 2 seperate bed

The rooms were clean and the 1st floor was very clean. The linen was also very clean. It is real value for money. Near to OMR but silent atmosphere with greenery of Chandrasekaran Avenue
