DS FARMHOUSE

The place is not well maintained. There are spider webs and a lot of pests. We had large red ants crawling on us during the night on the bed. Location is pretty interior as well. Fan in the room moves dangerously and feels like it can fall anytime. Same feedback has been provided to the host for improvements.

Very calm and cozy place at a very affordable price. 6 kms from the Gokarna main bus stop. The room was spacious with attached bathroom. The host was very kind and helpful with all the amenities. The location has clean water surrounded by fields and banana trees. Convenient to travel around the city and beach with own/rental vehicle. Avoid autos. No food provided. Have to eat out or take parcel. Enjoyed the overall stay and ambience.

It’s a very beautiful stay . Very peaceful surroundings filled with nature and far from crowded city. The farmhouse is well maintained and the owner is very friendly . Also the beach is very close by so you can go for an evening walk or just to relax .

Peaceful and nature friendly good for families and groups especially owner is too friendly and free

it's a good place in par with nature .But not preferable for a girls solo stay as it is 4kms away from the main centre of gokarna.It's a good place for mens to hangout

Ds farmhouse is very well maintained by the host. The room and the bathroom is very good. House keeping by the host is exemplary. Like to visit again. He gets 5 points.

i recently stayed at ds farmhouse, and it was truly a beautiful and unique experience. nestled in private farming land, the stay offers a peaceful, serene atmosphere that feels a world away from the hustle and bustle. the property is intimate, with limited but thoughtfully curated options that ensure a private and cozy experience. one of the highlights of my stay was seeing peacocks roaming freely around the property — their elegance added a magical touch to the surroundings. if you’re looking for a quiet retreat surrounded by nature, ds farmhouse is an ideal choice.

Rooms are good as a form house and it's very near to beach but its not the best suit for family tourists as it is far from town with no wifi, no phone signals, no power backup, no ac, no service boy, limited transportation and too much night time flies and we even saw a fox at night time and owner knows only kanada so language issue.

The property is away from the city in a nice calm place. The stay is excellent. The owner is very friendly too. Overall a great stay.
