Dubare Elephant Camp by Jungle Lodges

Had an excellent stay. We were a family of three, the Mrs, my 5 year old kid and I, we drove down from Bengaluru in the Diwali weekend which was a smooth 4.5 hrs drive. Parked near their boat pick up point. A boat took us to the lodge which was exciting itself, on the way saw a elephant taking bath in the distance. The staff received us and were warm. Rooms were decent and quite cool. Balcony was facing the Kaveri river and had nice chairs to chill out. Lunch buffet was extensive with tasty Non-spicy food so kids could also enjoy. Safari in the evening was okay, not much sighting. Got back, had some tea and snacks around the bonfire. Next watched a forest documentary. And finished the night with a nice dinner. Next day Jungle walk followed by Breakfast was nice. Highlight was Elephant bath and Feeding in the morning. Staying with JLR allowed us to skip all lines and get first hand access. Everything was inclusive till they drop you by boat back to the parking area. We really enjoyed, kid had a blast and it was worth every Ruppee! He remembered all the elephant names, Sarathi, Maharaj etc. Guides very were kind.

We stayed at the property for 3 days 2nights and must say it was an excellent experience in terms of location and interaction with the elephants which was the main purpose of booking this place. Food was decent not extraordinary. Place is clean, very maintained, hygienic and very much family friendly. The staff is very cooperative and friendly and assist wherever required. Rooms were very spacious with beautiful view and basic amenities. There is no need for in-room food /tea as everything was provided and included in itenarary and provided at the common dinning area. A must stay with family and friends. Elephant bathing, feeding and safari are highlights. Would definitely come back again in future.

We booked for 1 day n it was spur of the moment. Don't regret even a single moment. River side view of our cottage was excellent. Had missed our safari due to late check in but we were compensated for it in the morning. Excellent helpful staff. Elephant interaction was the best. Helpers made our day by giving the best experience n letting us know about how they maintain the elephants n their routine. Staff r the best from the kitchen to safari guides all excellent. Going back again with the whole family

It was a great experience at resort as it kind of gives you the feeling of staying with nature. Food was good. Safari was good. Dabare elephant sightseeing was great. Only issue is with stay. Rooms are pretty old. It needs a complete revamp. Bath towels are torn, old looking bed bedsheets.

Excellent hospitality. One with nature. Deep forest safari was soul stirring with the smell and sight of life in the forest. Crowning experience was the elephant interaction. Their sheer majesty yet gentle nature is a life lesson for anyone who cares to learn from nature. Must visit!

an amazing experience right from escorting us from parking area till resort in a boat. mr.raghu took us on a safari and next day clicked our pictures proactively during elephant interaction session. entire staff hospitality was amazing and would love to visit again.

The experience was amazing and well managed scheduled. Only suggestion can be to improve the nature walk experience, nature walking is a bit boring.

Elephant dub-are camp forest resort stay is good. Safari ride, morning walk in the forest, elephant bathing and feeding is good. And also food in the resort is too good.

Location, food and activities are really good, i recommend this property to everyone who wants spend quality time with family for true jungle experience and must to do list in karnataka. Experience and activities with elephant are fabulous.

Stay was so good. Every activities mentioned where well planned and executed. Very supportive staffs. They even helped us by preparing baby food. A sure go place for family with kids.
