Dvr Mansion

Dvr Mansion overall did not disappoint me. I will be as honest as possible. I loved the room. Enough for one person. It was neat and clean and well maintained. 4 star for bathroom. Found the bucket extremely clean. The shower head should be replaced. It was not in good condition. What I did not like was they not even providing 1 bottle of water as complimentary. When I ordered a bottle of water, the room service staff said sir its provided in suites. I did not feel right making a fuss over. They should provide free 1-litre bottle which is always available in other Dvr Mansions. Wish I could explain I was so disappointed when I saw the breakfast. Old plates used but yes clean. Breakfast venue itself was dull without life. It felt as if they have organized breakfast for the sake of it. Only Idly and Vada available along with Puri and sawiya. I normally stay in another Dvr Mansion and their breakfast has quite number of varieties then might be masala dosa, omelette or items available in the line. Thus I wrote, stay was good with terrible breakfast. I wrote so much because for the same rate I could have stayed again at another Dvr Mansion but because I wanted to try something different I choose Dvr. Will I return. Not sure. May be. Thank you.

Staff training and handling of customer will leave a life long impression on you. Hotel Staff is courteous not only to customers but also to themselves and their own colleagues which was surprising to note. Hotel delivers drinks to room at no additional charge as they have inhouse bar. News paper was delivered early morning without breaching the DO Not disturb sign. Hotel staff, housekeeping or Restaurant guy never took more than 1 minute to report at our room. Food was delicious and economic.

It was our first trip to Kurnool and the Dvr Mansion met our expectations in terms of location, cleanliness, friendly staff, and amenities. The staff were very helpful.
The Dvr Mansion is located in a good location with friendly staff and prompt service. Only avoid rooms facing the road due to noise from traffic. Maybe it was the holiday season and crowded, so the noise from the road did pose a disturbance. All in all, a good experience.

Hotel located on good location and easily accessible. Restaurant is close by and bar is also located next door. Staff at reception are not that equipped with info but room service is perfect.
Staff at reception need to be updated with information on surroundings and nearby areas. Vegetarian food in restaurant on Sundays are not available which wasn't made aware to us till we asked.

Stayed for 2 nights to visit near by temples. Car parking provided. Location is good. Prompt service. Food is good
Bed side table too small. Tea/ coffee arrangement need to placed. Pen and writing pad to be placed. Timely service provided. Room rent slightly high for a town like kurnool. Overall very good.

It was a pleasant and very short stay with our family and relations on our tour to mantralayam. Enjoyed the stay at DVR Mansions in Kurnool the accommodation excellent, rooms are very clean and services are good. My suggestion to maintain the quality and services forever. Finally the food is good and spicy.

We were driving from Bangalore to Hyderabad. As we reached Kurnool, there was a heavy down pour and we decided to stay overnight. We booked a room though MMT and were stranded in a huge traffic jam and flooded roads. We were guided by the Dvr Mansion reception to reach the Dvr Mansion safely.

Stay was ok. The attender kept asking if we need toiletries despite asking him to bring. Pillow covers had stains. Bathroom had lot of mosquitoes. No cot for an extra bed. Just a mattress was laid on the floor. We stayed just for over night. It filled our purpose though not Worth for money.

Near to station, shopping area. Good food and service.
Nice, well maintained room, good ambiance.

Stayed in Dvr Kurnool to attend a friends marriage, had a great time. Good rooms, beautiful structure, well maintained and hygiene washrooms. Than you.

Hotel is very clean and we liked the restaurant as well.

Overall service, food quality and cleanliness were very good. Some fixtures can do with a little upkeep. Still overall a delight and value for money.
