Dwelling Residency

I was attending an event for 3 days at India Expo Mart in Greater Noida and was looking out for a Dwelling Residency near the venue. I could not locate a reasonable or decent place to stay. Greater Noida is quite remote with limited options, and the options are limited and rather expensive for the value one expects. Dwelling Residency was amazing place and a lucky find. I booked a suite room, which was big with all facilities. Its located in a gated community with 247 security.The Dwelling Residency staff were polite and helpful. The rooms were good enough, and my room was big. It had every comfort - huge beds, AC, TV, tea maker with refills, and a small fridge. They have a restaurant where buffet bf was served. Breakfast was good enough with lot if variety. Only issue was it was veg only, hence no eggs were served, both check in and check out was smooth.I feel this is the best at this price point that Greater Noida has to offer.

As I had to attend the Expo at Expo Mart. it was ideally located. The staff is courteous. The downside and the hygiene issues 1) The towels were dirty with stains on it and most importantly when complained about it they said the laundry is like this. 2) A big 👎 in terms of Housekeeping and hygiene. 3) A overpriced room service menu. Gives everyone a thought to order from Zomato.

Firstly the property location is very prominent. At a glance the property looks small then i discovered it's well spared and spacious. In reception i was cordially received. They are very professional with allocations and been provided with a fantastic room. For breakfast it was well coordinated and tasty food was on offer. I surely will revisit this property.

I stayed at Dwelling Residency with my colleague at a business trip, the Dwelling Residency is very near to expo center and well connected. The room was good, clean and hygiene. We took breakfast that was good in taste and fresh made. Overall a nice stay and fully recommend for the people coming for exibition centre

Overall stay was good. If you are a foodie, you will be a little disappointed with the range of food the Dwelling Residency provides. Also, not much of ventilation is there in the room. The Dwelling Residency staff is really helpful and friendly. I stayed 4 nights, and i loved the time spend.

The location and property ambiance were very nice and peaceful. The staff was helpful and attentive. Their services and hospitality were fine. The room was clean and spacious enough. The property was Worth for money. The property was suitable for everyone.

This is a new and clean Dwelling Residency but as per status updated in make my trip it is not a 5 star Dwelling Residency it is 3 star Dwelling Residency

Hotel is in a quite place in greater noida, near to pauri chowk and all the important business centers in greater noida. Room was comfortable with all the basic amenities, and room service was good.

Food was good, and staff was cooperative

Neat and well maintained property, friendly staffs, good food, neat and well appointed rooms.

It was one of the best Dwelling Residencys i have been. The balcony view the fairy lights the room decor all in all a delight to stay. And also the staff is extremely supportive and humble. No thnx

Location is fine for expo participants. Average room allocation management. Food is quite ok. Amenities are fair for the price.
