Everything including meals and stay was good and affordable except that they charge extra rupees 100 per day for vehicle parking in the hotel

Staffs not supported we want hot water for baby but he has not provide and food taste not good. When we discuss about that staff & receptionist wrong language speak. not good.

They changed our hotel and forced to stay another hotel which is worst ever done

The stay in the hotel was wonderful. The staff was friendly and the room was spacious and nice. i liked my stay there

One of the most beautiful staying hotel in mussorie. 20mtr from picture palace (mall road). Service, room, bathroom all are well maintained.

I have booked three double room in dz-ire inn mussoorie for stay from 19. 11. 2023 to 20. 11. 2023. We reached the hotel around 9. 20 pm and requested for parking of the vehicle by which we reached mussoorie. But we were denied parking of vehicle as our vehicle fortuner cannot enter the hotel parking. However, we asked for other parking place and we were advised to park in another parking with rs. 400- parking fees, when another parking with parking fees of rs. 150- was available only 150 meter away from the hotel. Moreover, cricket world cup final was being telecast-ed in the evening and none of tv was operational for watching cw c final, no set top box was attached to the tvs of these three room and we miss the historical moment of the cwc.

I booked my room in advance but when i reached hotel, i didn't get any room. My room was given to other for extra profit for the hotel owner. I had to stay in dinning room of that hotel. It was 12:00 am( midnight. I have no option other than to stay in dinning room.

Hotel l is in main mall road and market is near from hotel and bus stand, taxi stand is near about 50 meters and doon valley view from hotel room was neat and clean rooms are spacious well maintained and staff is very good when i visited in mussoorie i will stay in same hotel and i recommend people to visit on this hotel only.

At that price hotel is ok to stay beds are not the best still carry on old suspension spring in beds else it's ok

A third class property with over-hyped pictures. Smelly rooms and bathrooms. No space. Dirty.

Room smelling bad, water issue, give quit with out cover and it was dirty, property owner not cooperative, mattress not comfortable, i don't permit to stay here in dzire

hotel management is not cooperative , water supply , cleaning facility is not good , a after maney call and reminder he resleov the problem , cleaning and water supply is very big concern
