E Hotel

I had a good time with family and friends at the E Hotel. We stayed there in two rooms from 2nd - 5th Jan 2020. The rooms though oddly configured, were massive. The elevators had a weird dungy musky smell, which seemed like it needed some airing and cleaning. The customer service at the door was fine, but the reception and restaurant lacked enormously. When asked for an extra blanket for room 515 (Emperor suite), we were told that it's company policy to not give one, this coming from a 4-star E Hotel. Breakfast was mediocre and so was the staffing in the mornings. The upside to this place was the mall next door. We enjoyed being able to shop inside the mall and not getting out of the building. The food options at the mall also helped immensely. Would recommend this E Hotel to those who are planning to stay indoors and want to avoid the hot and humid weather in Chennai.

Had a wonderful experience. Check-in was quite smooth. Reached E Hotel much early but we were offered the room with out any objections. The bell boy was so cordial. Restaurant offers really great North Indian dishes. Mall adjacent to E Hotel is an added advantage as the same keeps you away from boredom, even though it is something which cuts a hole in your pocket. My flight was at 3 am and the E Hotel staff Mr. Solomon and Mr. Kartik were of great help indeed.

It was an unexpected feast. The moment we enter the lobby we felt a goodness and a happy mood. Rooms were really neat and clean. Staffs from all department were very polite and friendly. Foods on breakfast was a real surprise. Variety, quality and its display were amazingly good. Altogether stay at raintree was excellent. Thank you raintree.

To find the entry to gate 1 was such a maze, good parking, amazing ambience, easy checkin process, very friendly and polite hosts. Lovely rooms, u can walk into the mall straight from your rooms. Breakfast was the only drawback, such a disappointment it was. Overall experience was average.

Hotel location is amazing, it is located inside express Avenue Mall. Rooms are clean and housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Rabirathan for being soo helpful and offering additional time to checkout based on my flight timings. Overall great experience.👍

Good experience, very friendly and accomodating, rooms are clean, a bit pricey but worth the stay. Spacious room, good utility, clean environment, it would have been better to have the gym as i am an exercise freak, other wise i recommend this E Hotel wholeheartedly

Check in and check out were hassle free. Over all we had a good experience. Rooms were clean and neatly maintained. Only veg food will be served to the room. Best part is access the express avenue mall where you can get everything. Also helps us to pass the time.

Hotel is a part of express mall. Only veg food is served in the E Hotel but you can bring food from mall to the E Hotel. For any assistance make sure that you personally walk to the reception and let them know

The staff were very courteous and were keen to support, rooms were spacious and hygiene was well maintained. Food prices were also affordable, thanking MMT for recommending this to me in best price possible.

Room was clean and tidy. Stayed there for shopping and movies in the mall and for kids play area.

As always. This E Hotel deserves more praises. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again. Highly recommended !

Stay was good, some construction noise was coming from the floor above else everything else was superb. The E Hotel is attached to the express avenue mall and that makes it super convenient to visit the mall. Definitely recommend this E Hotel.

I was stay here and it was nice experience. This Hotel is inside the mall campus so night is very vibrant and you can go for shopping.

Access to the Mall from the lobby. Nice big and clean rooms and bathrooms. Good for families.
