This is a new resort. I visited one week after it was opened. All staffs were very friendly and helpful. All amenities were awesome.

Rooms was super clean. Staffs were very polite and friendly. Pool was also clean. Restaurant was very clean and hygienic

The property location is superb. the tea plantations give a refreshing view but I felt the pricing of an elite premium room is not worth it, because we can experience the same from classic rooms . The buffet spread was not good as expected in quality and taste, but the breakfast was good enough.fantastic room services and welcoming staff. kids friendly. hygienic pool

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful resort nestled amidst the lush green beauty of tea plantations. The location is truly breathtaking, offering serene views and a refreshing ambiance that makes for a perfect getaway. The property itself is excellent — well-maintained, spacious, and designed to complement the natural surroundings. The food was delicious. The staff were friendly and courteous, and the overall service was good. However, I did feel that there is room for improvement when it comes to professionalism and coordination. One noticeable drawback was the absence of a strong supervisory presence. A good manager or supervisor could significantly enhance the guest experience and maintain the high standards this property deserves. Without this, there’s a risk that the charm and quality of the resort could decline over time. Overall, it’s a fantastic place with immense potential

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at! The service and ambiance were truly excellent. The staff were extremely courteous and professional, and the rooms were of five-star standard. It’s hard to find such a clean and well-equipped room at just ₹3500. We definitely plan to stay here again, and I highly recommend this hotel to others.

Loved the stay. The property overlooks a tea estate and has a private waterfall which was uber cool!The staff is pleasant and always helpful. We had an amazing experience and will be revisiting for sure!

The resort is located in a serene, scenic place. well maintained The staffs were very cordial and was available always to help. The infinity pool was super clean. Our only concern was the food menu which was predominantly north Indian style. Thankfully the morning breakfast had our Idly dosa varieties. Would love to visit again

It's a new property near paruthumpara. The location is very good, near to many tourist locations. The ambience and the view are great. Well maintained rooms. The food was very good. The staff are extraordinary.
