Hotel staff behaviour was not professional

Not a good according to 15000+ rs 1 day it so cheap quality no hot air working room quality not goo

There was no ac not a ceiling fan there is so hot there they have not provided even the fridge that treatment with a client is also very bad they are not polite

Very good hotel, clean, all staffs are very good, i stayed here from 28th feb to 3 rd arch, for my son's admission in bishop cotton school, school recommend to stay here, b cs is walking distance from this hotel hardly takes 10 mins,

This is the third time i am staying here but it was very disappointing regarding food, maintenance of rooms and the swimming pool is chargeable.

This was a very good and a boutique hotel. Most noticeable things was the staff whi were very active n v helpful. Food was also amazing. Overall, this is a hotel where we can book again and againn.

East bourne pine resort in khalini is an excellent hotel. It offers in-door swimming pool (temperature controlled, restaurants, banquet halls, open air cafe, unique plantations collection. It was like an average hotel not like a resort.

We stayed for 1 night. Room was suffocating and damp. Washroom was stinky and exhaust fan was not working. Hotel needs lots of maintenance. Breakfast was ok but overpriced. They give amenities of 2 star and charge for 5 star hotel

Location of the hotel was very good. Food was average and very costly. Swimming pool should not be chargeable.

Hotel was clean and food was good. Staffs were very cooperative and friendly. While reaching to the hotel my vehicle got stuck in midnight 2 o'clock 40km away from hotel then i called to the hotel and asked for help from mr. Lalit. He came for picking up us in midnight and helped us. Thank you mr. Lalit.

Rooms were huge, beautiful and absolutely clean. The room service was very quick and the staff was very polite, respectful and resourceful. The hotel’s location, decor and interiors were spot on. The hotel also has its own parking space, however the food quality, taste was very poor and not at all worth the price.

Overall it was nice experience but centralized heating was started very late. This made us very uncomfortable as we had our kid along with us.
