Hotel house keeping is good neat and clean but lack of maintenance of sanitary tools like spray flushing. Moreover Ac problem which required continuous follo up. Some TV channels are not available

The location, food and amenities were good but could have been better. as far as services are concerned, it needs a lot of improvement, because they don't know how to even greet guests. This hotel is not even 2*, because luggage i had to carry to the room. The room was pathetic, broken door, cracked walls, mosquitoes in the room, and a lizard in the washroom. Besides, towels were not provided, and the dental kit was not there. when checked out, the staff saw us with our luggage and guess what they simply ignored us and left it, again my wife and I had to carry luggage to the car. Billing person made sure that even if we leave they will bother. They forgot to collect 866 Rs from me and a fellow person kept on calling, messaging me, though i was driving the next day hence I had an internet connectivity issue, at last I paid. overall I never recommend this hotel. Request MMT to reduce this hotel category from 3 to 2 stars. because in my 10 years one of the worst hotels i ever visited.

A good property with basic issues. First thing first, the hotel location and rooms are excellent. Overall a good stay. Now be aware of below - very limited staff, that means you need to carry your luggage and no support from hotel. - ordering food or even tea can take ages to deliver. Again due to point 1. - last, be aware of their frauds in billing, they accept cash and while check out all the bill will be presented without any clarification on items and ask to pay. Please please make a note of each and every item your ordered or requested as they are going to charge you for anything. So be aware and happy to stay.

Eastin easy hotel offers a remarkable blend of luxury and affordability. Boasting 5-star facilities, the hotel ensures a comfortable and lavish stay. The food is exceptional, with a variety of delicious options that cater to diverse tastes. For the value, it’s hard to find a better deal. However, i don’t know why they gave me a room with no view. Despite this, it’s highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

The stay was very comfortable and the staffs ensured all the assistance was provided then and there needed.

I booked per room for triple occupancy only two complimentary water bottles when i asked for another one the girl at reception straight away denied, it doesn’t make sense when you book for 3 people at-least provide all amenities for the 3rd person towels were so old and hard. Average stay can’t expect more than this in village area

Mattresses not good and food cost is too high, otherwise overall good, cleanliness is good!

The property is new and the design is excellent. The quality of the room is like any big urban city. I was surprised to see this from a small town like vite.
