Make my trip should avoid to add this type of property. Property location is not correctly mentioned in make my trip. There is not any amenities there except one bedroom is shared flat.

I stayed at Eben Residency, Chennai, and I had a very bad experience during my stay. The bathroom had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the room was not clean. The pillows were dirty, and there was a bad odor in the entire room. Even basic food was not available, and there was no proper facility to get food from outside. Because of these issues, I suffered a lot during my stay and felt very uncomfortable. It was a very disappointing experience, and I regret choosing this hotel.

I highly recommend Oragadam Rooms to anyone visiting Chennai or the Oragadam industrial hub. I will definitely return for my next trip

the property was very good than expected, it was very clean, affordable, close to my work destination, parking was not at an issue, the care taker Vicky was very good, very very helpful, any help he is always there with a smile. myself and my daughter were very happy with Vicky's hospitality. the kitchen was full-fledged. The place was very peaceful, very calm, shops were close by. The stay was very safe for ladies. Overall, we had great experience. myself n my daughter have decided that we'll stay at the same place the next time we visit, since our visit to chennai will be twice a year for the next 5 years

Everything was clean and the staff was very accommodating, loved the bed washrooms and private space
