Ebony Boutique Hotel

My mom & I traveled to Hyderabad for medical reasons, post the medical check up. The next day we decided to have a small trip in the cities famous tourist spots. My mother being an avid history lover selected Golconda fort , Salargunj Museum & Charminar. Post the hectic travel she had a recoup of her arthritis. We reached the Ebony Boutique Hotel & told the staffs to get ice pack. There was none available- then one of the managers went to the nearby hospital and got my mother an ice pack, was overwhelmed by this gesture, keep it up!

Stayed here for 2 nights. Had a pleasant experience overall except for one incident. The jet-spray in the bathroom broke down on its own at 5 AM in the morning and there was a lot of water wastage. Not to mention, it spoiled my sleep. But they fixed it within half an hour, which was good. The WiFi is pretty decent. Not super-fast but good enough to watch youtube. I did think the breakfast was not very impressive. Quite a poor spread and not the greatest quality. But overall I didn't mind my stay.

1. Location is good, in the upmarket banjara hills. 2. Ordered room service for dinner. The food quantity and quality is awesome. Buffet breakfast was filling and had lots of options. 3. Good hygiene maintained. 4. Rooms are spacious and offer good view. Bed linen and bathrooms are clean. Overall a good option for both business and family trips.

We stayed in Hotel Mint Ebony Hyderabad for 2 days. Nice hospitality offered by the Ebony Boutique Hotel staff. Food for breakfast, lunch and dinner was delicious and of very good quality. Room service was prompt and polite. Even in restaurant the service was quite impressive.

They didn't provide any toiletries until asked. No toothpaste provided. Tv channels are also not coming properly. I complained that there is no remote in the room and he said he will bring it but he didn't. There is no feedback form also while check out.

The Hotel was clean and has courteous staff. I got two twin beds even though the description said queen bed, the Hotel management said they were overbooked. But a good stay nonetheless. A few food items round the clock would be very helpful.

Staff are polite and good especially receptionist. Price worthy and gives customer satisfaction. Food is tasty but expensive. Sign boards are required to locate easily. Recommendable for stay comfortably. Enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable, clean and cozy rooms. Well furnished. The staff is friendly, too. Restaurant has a good spread. Right in the heart of the City with easy access to many places you can hangout at.

Centrally located opposite a major Park on a Side street between jubilee Hills and Banjara Hills. Nice restaurant downstairs and attentive and helpful staff.

I always prefer Hotel Mint Ebony when I visit Hyderabad. I have stated there 5 times during last 1 year. Staffs are good, food are excellent and location is also good.

I was on a business trip and the Ebony Boutique Hotel is centrally located and nice service and cordial reception, food needs to be improved a bit.

This Ebony Boutique Hotel is as good as the images. The in-house restaurant is the best. Clean and lovely environment. Best staff and food.
