Bad staff , with no room safety , no locking system in doors , no clean toilets , shower is not working bathtub is not working everything is bad

Worst experience. Dirty and unhygienic rooms. Room service was too late. Wifi was not working even after telling the staff. Tv was not working.

Worst maintenance and no response. Rat and cockroach were in room and no action taken while complaining.

The room lock was not working. AC was not working. Strange smell inside. breakfast served was not at all good in taste.

Food service are not available, room ac not running & tv cable, wifi not available room are very small

Ac was not working and the toilet was also not clean i went there for whole night but i checked out after an hour due to these problems

Rooms are very small. Hotel is not mantained. If you are claustrophobic dont come here. Room colours are black and white. But if you have booked map plan then you will not get buffet, its ala carte

This is terrible experience,we stayed there only for 2 hrs,no guard there ,no tea and breakfast there, even no staff present there,this hotel is not safe , specifically girls and family, atmosphere was horrible,never suggest again 🙏🙏

The hotel is not suitable for staying with family, as it is basically a dance club accompanying a bar, otherwise everything was ok.

The hotel had a vibe! the staff was very polite but at the reception two men were very rude i wasn't able to carry my bag to the room and they refused to give me service but all over i had a great experience

They aren't allowed outside food and drink even in your room

The room was very shabby. Had happy birthday balloons all over the place and they sheets also didn't seem clean at all. The bathroom was in a poor condition as well like it hadn't been cleaned for some time. Would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Staff behave is great but room and bathroom not so clean and proper manage

The rooms are nicely designed following a theme. Bit small but they were unique. Staff was decent and helpful. Only issue was i had booked the room with breakfast but they could not provide the breakfast by 9:30. So that money went waste. They should remove that package from their offerings.
