Overall property is ok ,but the photos they update are totally different,food was ok not that much recommended I will suggest every customer to bargain for actual price

Location is perfect to stay about 3 kms from mall road. Beautiful property neat and clean. Staff is very good, they take care of all the facilities whatever they can provide. Food is good.

The property was neat and very well maintained. The rooms were clean as well as the staff was really great. Must visit property in Mussorie.

Worst experience anyone can have. Pathetic food pathetic staff. The man at the front desk and they have all staff which talks very badly with guest. Please avoid at all cost.

Location is perfect. The valley view from their lawn is beautiful. Their food quality is good, whatever we ordered that was delicious however service is quite a slow that needs to be improved. Usually, they were taking 30 to 40 mins in serving. We booked 03 Club Steller rooms as we were three families. I found room size is small alongwith bed size. If you have a kid alongwith you then it will be difficult to accomodate on one bed. And if you opt for another bedding in the room then there will be no space to walk. Cleanliness issues were also observed at the side of their kitchen area because it was just the sideways of the passage which was going towards club steller rooms. Their staff is helpful and friendly.

Property is located near to mussoorie lake with valley rooms, almost everything was good. Except the restaurant service, you have to wait alteast 30/40 minutes for even tea.

Beautiful location. But terrible room, blankets had hair on it. Room was changed on complaint next room also had sane complaint. Housekeeping doesn’t come without calling for room cleaning. Doesn’t give water bottles or toiletries without being asked.

Good Property and very nice staff, It was amazing experience. Go for it if you are looking for peaceful environment.

Amazing location. The view from the balcony is so mesmerising. The food is too good. The overall experience was great.

Absolute rubbish. Dont go on the pictures provided by the hotel they are misleading. The hotel is so untidy rooms are smelling dust all around stains on the walls of pan masala. It’s actually a 1 star motel. Please dont spend your hard earned money on this property.

It was good experience at pagoda centurian. The location is great usp of this hotel. Rooms are good and clean. A little disappointed from the food end, they have a limited menu on weekdays and weekends as well it depends on occupancy. Though the food is good in taste but a bit expensive.

Location is good but rooms are average, staff is helpful and food is good, its location is also very nice
