Check in experience was super awesome,staff was very polite,and eager to help...checked in to the room within 5 minutes after arriving the location. ° Room was exceptionally good, had great ambience, everything was well put and in working manner . °Staff service is super awesome, I could even say one of the best in Lucknow (Yes I've stayed at a handful of properties within last month or so). They're super responsive and helpful. ° Room service is fabulous, during my stay I ordered some food and it's taste was amazing, freshly made .Food arrived within 15 minutes after the call so I could say it's very efficient. °Loved the room, would probably prefer to stay here again when I'm back in Lucknow

The staff was super good. I arrived at lucknow just 15 minutes ago and had called the Eclat Suites, Gomti Nagar that i had just booked a room and i wanted to check in early. They were super cooperative and arranged for a room for me which was super hygienic, everything from the tv to the ac and the geyser was operational. Well maintained rooms and the staff was very friendly. Totally recommended. Will choose it the next time too when i visit lucknow.

The Eclat Suites, Gomti Nagar receptionist/manager was very professional and polite. He checked us in smoothly and hassle-free and also allotted us a our room promptly. The room quality, space, cleanliness and amenities were same as shown while booking on the app. Room service was good. Also at the time of checkout, they didn’t rushed us so that was a plus. The manager/ receptionist gave us printed gst invoice before even asking it.

This Eclat Suites, Gomti Nagar is in gomti nagar very near to the corporate office area. The place was neat and clean, and all the amenities were provided like towels, soap, body wash, shampoo, tea etc the staff was helping and provided and catered to all our needs. Very honest staff they return me my expensive belt which i left behind by mistake

I am happy with this place, first of all if you are a person who wants the rooms near railway station then this is not for you, this Eclat Suites, Gomti Nagar located at vinamra khand, gomtinagar. Anyways i love the service, staffs are very well mannered, and food was tasty also room was cleaned. You can go for it without any doubts.
