We had booked a cottage with Eco Adventure Resort and took pickup from Muri Jn. (nearest station). The Eco Adventure Resorts Khairabera provides station pickup and drop facility. Took us around 45 minutes to reach the Eco Adventure Resorts Khairabera from Muri Jn. The stay was very peaceful and the staff took real good care of us. The cottage had every amenity you would need to spend a few days. The only downside of this place is that they do not let any plate of food enter the rooms. The breakfast/lunch/dinner is served in the dining room only. However, even snacks ordered via room service has to be eaten either in the dining room or the porch in front of the cottage. They will let you have bonfires and barbecues if you order and will arrange for car for sight seeing as well. We took a car from the Eco Adventure Resorts Khairabera and visited nearby sight seeing places as well as went for Kayaking in the lake, which was an amazing fun experience. The dining experience in the Eco Adventure Resorts Khairabera was excellent. We loved the veg preparations better than the non-veg preparations and the available variety wasn't too bad either. Lastly, it will cost you more if you are 2 people visiting and you can always choose to visit this place in a group of 4-7 people to bring down the car bill. Note that if the Eco Adventure Resorts Khairabera is all booked then the Eco Adventure Resorts Khairabera management sometimes arranges for cultural program like Chau dance etc. by charging an amount to each resident. A trek to the divine usually needs some doing what with the distance and the effort that goes without saying. And then, in the lap of majestic verdant hills, bordered on one side by the reservoir of the kangsabati. A serene, idyllic location to say the least. Unspoilt ecology and virgin foliage the usp, khairabera e co resort is unique. A few cottages facing the lake and separated from a row of delightful tents on raised foundations, tastefully outfitted and with excellent well appointed bathrooms make up the comfort factor. A demure, friendly emu, a peahen, rabbits and local poultry add to the laid back delightful atmosphere. Well cared for gardens with unobtrusive lighting add to the overall ambiance. Excellent caring service by resort staff and attentive managers, very attentive and equally caring dining room attendants, attend to your every need with efficiency and positive intent make your visit to the e co resort a memorable experience. And the food, which needs special mention, is excellent, with a mix of bengali and chinese fare. Khairabera offers short trips to various dams and waterfalls and trekking destinations. Overall an experience that will bring a smile each time you reminisce about your visit. Shubho, shubhodeep, bablu, raja and ishan need special mention. Visit khairabera. Khairabera dam is about 100 km from Ranchi. It took us about 2 hours to get there. Road was good all the way, though it narrows down to single track last 15 km. Not advisable for night journey as it gets very lonely. Good thing was google maps worked all the way on my airtel connection. Property is small but lovely. Good view of dam and hills. Staff were friendly. Food was great. You have to order in advance. Better to call them before you start and place your food order. Tent rooms are comfortable and beautiful interior. Large toilet with WC fitted with hand-shower and small geyser. Morning tea served at your tent after 8 am. For meals you have to walk down to a nearby hall mess. Night we had a private bonfire and barbecue. Non-veg available. Carry your own alcohol. Sport activities available like basketball, football, volleyball, archery. Kayaking available but was not working during our stay. No spa unfortunately. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
On MakeMyTrip room details page, it was mentioned that the deluxe tent could accommodate 2 adults and one child. But the bed was small, good for 2 adults only. Otherwise it was very comfortable.

For one day, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay. Though way to Eco Adventure Resorts Khairabera was tough, it was Worth the pain when we reached the Eco Adventure Resorts Khairabera. You have got various options of enjoyment as per your needs for which you have to spent some extra bucks. Do experience the stay in tents. It's all a different experience. The owner lady is very friendly and is handling the requirement of Eco Adventure Resorts Khairabera to maintain its calmness and cleanliness.

It's a good place to stay, good garden and lawns. Entertainment equipment are available. Water sports good, need some additional things like WiFi, net facilities, TV in all cottages and tents. The staff are cordial. Overall service is good. Food quality and quantity was good. Spend a good time.

Wonderful location. We stayed in standard tents, considering the price it felt that the tents could have been better. You can stay there for a couple of days, relax ad-mist nature. The place is located in a remote area, hence its very calm and serene. The service was awesome, staffs were very professional. Food was great, almost homemade kind of feel will be there, less oily and very tasty.

The resort is beautiful and serene. It's a nice place isolated for the hustle of the city. The price is on the higher side. We paid for the stay for 4 persons in the cottage for one night. Its good for one night stays nothing more than that. We enjoyed the bone fire and the food is good. The Eco Adventure Resorts Khairabera staff is polite and helpful.

The stay was fantastic as every thing was top notch from cleanliness to the staff behaviour. The environment was so warm that you will not feel the time passing by. Food quality was also one of the talking points and one can easily spare a 5 out of 5.

I suggest that everybody should visit here at least one time. Awesome food and service is good. It's really fabulous place.

Lovely ambiance, amazing food especially mutton curry, staff well behaved, well organised and a complete experience of nature. A must weekend visit.
