ECO Houseboat

Location is near by. If you call the person named biju he will pick your luggage and help you to step into the house boat and take care about early check in and break fast. Food was high class. Room was well cleaned and highly tidy. Staff are good and generous.
The staff was very friendly generous. Helmsman (driver) was respectful during the cruise and guided well. Afternoon meal with pearl spot fish fry was the best food ever had not less than any five star restaurant. Houseboat had no disturbance, clean rooms with hot water, AC, drinking water and all amenities. On request they arranged separate dish without charging extra cost. Even birthday cake was arranged for other co travelers. Co-travelers who traveled were descent and well behaved people. I would like to travel again with same houseboat (pramada) it was worth of value for the paid amount and met the expectation more than what was expected. Overall best experience which just can't be expressed with enough. Should travel in this houseboat and enjoy every moment where one will feel to stay for lifetime.

I have booked this house boat for me and my wife a day ago of actual journey and the experience was very nice. Please note: this cruse house boat have multiple wonderful rooms inside it so its not a private boat. This will be a shared boat across different families coming from different states of india. We met such a wonderful family there and apart of language barrier we spent quality time. Boat stay was wonderful. Ac working hours were 9:00pm to 6:00 am only. Mosquito e spray was provided just in case but was not required. Food : veg : ok ok non veg : very good staff was very helpful at all the time and we enjoyed the whole journey.

Boat tour was exciting, location little bit difficult to find, they don't have pickup service. Food was buffet type and not individualized. Boat running time and ac timings are less. Boat was neat and clean. Too pricey for sharing boat, we paid 13000, where individual boats available for much lesser cost, but those were not shown in mmt. Overall reception and service by the boat crew was nice. Food was nice. If you need individualized care better go for individual boat

We were provided with welcome drink on arrival. The place was economical. The best part of the entire experience was the food. Got served lunch on time with fish fry as a special dish. Refreshments were provided in the evening. The dinner was simple and tasty as well. The room and the toilet provided needs a little makeover, it was not maintained properly. But a good stay overall on a budget!

Over all good stay however the trip was very short since they started at 12:30 pm and returned at 5:30 pm and then Morning we traveled for one hour, total 6 hours boat journey and remaining hours ideal. The only difficulty I had was to find the location. Food was extremely good. I hope see water comes from the tabs as it was too salty. Staff behavior is good. DJ facilities is available . .

Overall we have a very good experience with Eco Boat but the only concern is it would have been much better if they have provided basic amenities such as Sanitary napkins, hand wash, room freshener, hand sanitizer and mosquito repellent. Must to mention, food provided was very good and the approach by the crew members also appreciatable.

Food was tasty & healthy. Ship was not able to sail through narrow water way so we hired small boat because real enjoyment of back water situation can be feel only by passing through narrow water way. We have to pay ₹300/- per person extra for one hour sailing. It should be part of main booking with eco boat.

Food and staying facilities are awesome. Staff behaviours also good. Only drawback is there is no proper guidance and explains regarding the package and what are all the things will be covered and what it will not be. It should be interactive as well so that all the participants will enjoy the ride.

Rooms were average, staffs were cordial, food was average. Overall, average but needs lot of improvement. A mirror in the room, cleaner rooms would be great

Ac timing limited but was ok for march weather. Food was good. Much more value for money than houseboats at kumarakum. Mobile most of the time. A guide detailing the places would have been a value addition. We also got to travel in a local boat for an additional charge

Our boat is canal cruise and it is very well maintained. The ambience of the houseboat is very good. They also provide very nice food which will satisfy your taste buds.

An excellent experience have on the days at stay of eco boat alleppey, staffs are kind and food is in good quality
