Location (found via make my trip: thanks to make my trip, i found this property in a fantastic location! it was perfectly situated in close to the lucknow charbagh railway & metro station. This made it easy to explore the area and enjoy all it had to offer. Food the culinary experience at ecotel Ecotel Hotel was nothing short of spectacular. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and elegant with ac. I booked the club room and it has all the amenities like the air conditioner tv, refrigerator, cupboard, nice washroom, with complimentary bisleri water and bathroom slippers. The reception and the staff were very helpful. I like the complimentary breakfast. It was tasty and very good. The only thing they know to change is about some kind of food they are not expert in, just like pizza. Should work on it more. The room services are very good. They maintain hygiene timely. The Ecotel Hotel is located in the safest place of lucknow. If anyone wants to stay near the railway station this is the best place.

The Ecotel Hotel is nearby charbagh railway station and is walking distance away. Loved everything about the stay- the rooms, cleanliness and they provided us with all the required amenities and went an extra mile to provide and help us get the auto for tour in lucknow at a reasonable rate. Perfect location for a short trip with walking distance access to the charbagh station. The Ecotel Hotel allowed us very early check-in at no extra cost - appreciated ! only item we consumed and were charged for was a bottle of water, beyond the room rate contracted via mmt. Amenities, quality are basic and matching the agreed price of rs. 2400 incl tax via mmt. Auto is easily available front of the Ecotel Hotel for popular eateries in chowk, aminabad, hazratganj etc and the famous historical wonders of lucknow.

The room was ok. There was a constant loud disturbing noise from some commercial equipment, likely the chimney exhaust, or external fan on the roof. All staff employed require to be customer friendly and agile. Selection of the front office staff need to be reviewed. Preferably they should be smart, with pleanant customer interaction and approachable. Food was good. Thai service staff were good and efficient. Overall, it is a good place to stay, value for money if the terrible noise can be stopped/rectified.

Location: excellent amenities: average {somehow, i fail to understand why every single amenity is not replenished in the room during cleaning, if a guest stays for more number of days. Yes, sometimes the guest like me takes a shoe shine or a writing pad - after all guest pays full rent for every single day of stay. Food: have taken only breakfast. It surely needs to be improved leaving lots to be desired. Fills the stomach though. Staff: polite, helpful, cheerful right from the security to the managers.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Ecotel Hotel. Everything about the Ecotel Hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I had a pleasant stay at Ecotel Hotel ecotel. The location was good, and accommodating was effortless. The architectural design also creating a unique atmosphere. However, i was disappointed by the food quality, which didn't meet my expectations. And the room service was a bit slow, and the washbasin pipe was choked during my stay. Due to these factors, i rated it 4 out of 5 stars. Else, i liked it. Thanks for the services.

Hotel was neat , good breakfast all in all value for money. Only the location is in a very crowded area and sometimes google baba also gets confused and take you round and round to reach the Ecotel Hotel .

Alhamdulillah! exceeded my expectations. It's a wonderful and comfortable stay. Giving high end Ecotel Hotel experience at lower prices. Their rooms are just as good as other big brand Ecotel Hotels. The room space was spacious. We lit and the food was also good. Quick and good service by the staff.
