The room was very neat and clean. Staff were very professional and their behavior was very nice. The hotel maintains a good standard. The only problem we faced was with the AC; it wasn't cooling well. All other facilities they provided were good.

Everything was good except the AC. The room was not cooling as much even at setting of 16 degrees. Had informed reception and they said they would arrange another room but didn’t follow up and we didn’t ask too as we didn’t wish to move to another room. Rooms could be bigger. Nice and helpful staff. Overall, not bad but could be better

Room was very neat and tidy and modern with reasonable rate. Bathroom was very clean. very near to marine drive, kochi with a walkable distance. staffs are very responsible. the only issue is, rooms are a little bit small, but if you are looking for just a stay, it's more than enough

The property was clean which is the most important thing. Basic amenities were provided. The location is also good. The wardrobe and study table can interchange location to mk it maybe more space appropriate. However I do understand the window would get covered in that case.
