1. Ambience is good. If you go on monsoons you will enjoy it more. 2. We stayed in "retreat villa. The rooms and toilets were very clean. 3. Complimentary breakfast was good with many options. 4. Rooms service was also prompt. 5. By evening there were lots of mosquitos, bugs and insects since the resort is located near river. 6. The resort should provide nets to doors and windows to prevent mosquito/insects entering the villa. 7. Restaurant options were limited. Taste was ok. Would rate 3 for 5. 8. The resort is located 10kms away from munnar. If you want to explore other restaurants/shops you have to munch minimum 10 to 15 kms. 9. Would recommend this resort for couples. They have a candle light dinner at the tree top. 10. The swimming pool was ok.

About ed-en woods munnar, we felt an excellent and comfortable stay. Their hospitality is awesome. All facilities like private pool, restaurant, tree house, infinity pool, gym, games etc are nice. The food rate is affordable and very good.

Good service and friendly staff. Accommodation was nice and clean, rooms were pretty clean. Hotel is in a place amid-st nature, very scenic view outside rooms and it has infinity swimming pool as well. Hi - by when am i getting discount?

The staff was very nice, very caring and friendly, good options at buffet and the view was good from the homestay. The rooms don’t feel that luxurious for a 5 star property and garden villa for slightly on the smaller side.

Amazing stay and an incredible property! Staffs were extremely polite and welcoming. One of the best stays that we ever had. Kids enjoyed the activities and the jacuzzi.

Our 3 night stay at ed-en woods was wonderful. It is in a good location for local attractions but far enough away to completely relax. All the staff were very attentive and helpful. Stay here. You won’t regret it
