Checking in and out is pretty straightforward if you want to check in early as well call them and ask if the room is not occupied they will surely give you the room. The room is really aesthetically pleasing and picturesque even the washroom is really clean. Great for couples no one will come to disturb you during the stay. If you order food they will deliver it to your room just call them and ask for any cutlery you may need. Loved the stay the location is prime and close to various famous tourist attractions.

The location was unmatched. The room was well appointed. The quality of the products supplied in the room could have been much better, like the bottle of water, soap, tea bags etc. Hand towels should have been supplied daily as a standard amenity. Breakfast definitely should have been optional. Not everyone is keen on having breakfast in the room.

The stay was good. The rooms are cozy and clean. The architecture and furniture resembles the typical bengali style. The location is also great. Gariahat market is 5 min away. And there are a great deal of options available for cafes and restaurants. Overall a great experience.

It was an excellent stay, the room was nice with super clean bathroom, located in a quiet ambiance with helpful staff, you can order food from outside and they will ask for breakfast options we'll before and serve on time. Overall experience was nice.

Nice and clean room. Check in and check out was hassle free. All amenities listed were there and the service was great. The property location was good. There were many cafes and restaurants nearby.

Clean, well behaved staff, helpful most importantly very trustworthy. We mistakenly left jewellery that was quite expensive but the staff called us upon finding the same. We are very grateful to them and they set a great example of honesty and loyalty

I took a suit room. The room was spacious and had a balcony. Bathroom was also large. Very good location. Very clean. Main problem is breakfast. Very limited choice and nothing for me because i have some restrictions.

This is a very convenient place for me when i travel to kolkata on business. The place is cozy and rooms are comfortable. The manager and the attendants are very hospitable and warm in their behavior. Overall, a very nice experience.
