Poor Service, Unclean Rooms, and Zero Responsiveness

From the moment we arrived, the experience was extremely disappointing. The entrance card key was not working properly, and although one staff member eventually assisted us, the overall service was just “okay.” We had to wait almost an hour and a half to get our room, and on top of that, we were charged extra simply for checking in one hour early. The room itself was far from acceptable — it was not clean, had cockroaches, and the space was extremely small. The room did not smell fresh; instead, it had an unpleasant odor, and the aroma was definitely not guest-friendly. Even the room phone was not working, which made it impossible for us to order dinner or contact reception or housekeeping. We kept trying multiple times, but no one responded or called back. Eventually, we had to walk to the restaurant ourselves, and even there, the staff was not polite or welcoming. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and hospitality were far below expectations.

Horrible hotel and food. There was hair in dessert and the rooms were stuffy and small and bathrooms very small. Keys did not work and practically nothing in the breakfast

Rooms are small, no ventilation, bad food, the custard had hair in it and absolutely unclean.the bathrooms were small and the suite was no better than a basic room.the photographs don’t show the correct picture

Hotel is near railway station (1km) and centrally located with all the local attractions are nearby. Rooms are comparitively smaller but sufficient for couple and very well maintained. Staff is very polite and proactive. All the amenities are standard. Restaurant at top serves only Buffet and no Ala Carte. Overall very good experience.
