Worst Property Ever — Mismanaged & Completely Deceptive This property is a complete disgrace to the hospitality industry. The rooms were in pathetic condition — bedsheets had visible stains, towels were torn, dust covered every corner, and the washroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. The entire place reeked of neglect and poor maintenance. The staff’s attitude was just as bad — rude, arrogant, and dismissive. They had zero sense of customer service or basic courtesy. Breakfast was another horror show. The plates were dirty, the water bottles had visible grime on them, and the so-called “fruit platter” had only cut watermelon — nothing else! The bhature were undercooked and greasy, and there was hardly anything edible on the menu. Calling it a “buffet” is a joke. To add insult to injury, when we complained to MakeMyTrip, their customer service disconnected our call and took over 24 hours to get back — only to offer no resolution whatsoever. The property is dirty, under-maintained, and managed by people who clearly don’t care. This place is a complete rip-off. Do yourself a favor and stay far away — there are far better, cleaner, and more professional options around.

The hotel’s location is disappointing, far from main attractions and hard to reach. While the food quality is quite good, breakfast options are very limited. Service is poor and unresponsive. The so-called balcony faces a wall, making it pointless. Overall, not worth the stay despite decent dining.

We had booked 3 rooms. 2 rooms were okay, but in the 3rd room flush was not working. That is worst experience. In all the rooms, there was not hot water. These are basic amenities that were missing. In one room the washroom door could not be locked.

The location was little away from centre and you need a vechile to go anywhere. Further, the room service was very poor, i had to called 3 times for water to be replaced. Buffet was included in stay and suppose to be provided by 08:30 but they said that it is not ready since many rooms are occupied, which was infact ready. So it was very poor experience with the hotel staff.

Not worth the price .. per night room charges they are very costly .. location of this hotel is not satisfactory ..food taste is not good ... housekeeping department is not professional...room amenities not provided up to the mark..
