EKOSTAY - Brickstone 4 BHK Villa

This is the worst experience I had been in any villa because the photos which were shown It was quite good so that's the reason we have booked this particular villa. But after coming here, we got to know that many things are not there such as the outside area pool area pool was not cleaned. First of all pool was not clean and the second thing was the which so, which was shown in the nearby pool area. It was also not there plus AC was not working properly, then there is light issue. Clean is the biggest issue and caretaker . He help us whenever he was there, but but most of the time we had to call him because he was not available at the property location. So every time we had to call him for small small help. This is the worst experience.

There were rats in the property and lot of voltage fluctuations There should be 3 phase supply instead of a single one. Cleanliness can also be improved The sofa covers looked so dirty

Way of talking while checking out dint like it

the property layout, facilities and caretaker was amazing. only drawback was arrangements for food. the hotel tie up for food delivery was very poor and we had to resort to self cooking. but the caretaker was very cooperative , so we could manage. the pool area, rooms and lounge area was too good. overall it was a good experience.

Such a nice location it was . villa is too specious and comfortable specially the hygiene is taken very well of each thing. There is a playing zone for kids and private pool is awesome.

It was a mesmerising experience staying at eckostay brickstone. The rooms were clean the villa is in excellent condition. The caretaker was friendly and helpful he helped us with everything. The pool was clean. Overall an excellent weekend gateway place.

The villa was too good all the facility in the villa were perfect

It's a good, clean and well maintained property. But we faced some problems e. G. There was no power for 2 hours (though the property has power backup for most lights and fans, even after power came back it went down multiple times. Water wasn't available in the bathrooms for some time on the first day and then again in the morning next day. Overall a decent experience but it can be definitely improved.
