EKOSTAY Hercules Villa

My stay at Hercules Villa was truly enjoyable, with a few areas that could use some improvement. • The rooms were exceptionally spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The interiors reflected both comfort and luxury, making them perfect for relaxation. The bedding was comfortable, and the overall ambiance was welcoming and serene. • Safety and hygiene were clearly a priority at Hercules Villa. The premises were spotless, with regular cleaning and sanitization measures in place. Security needs to be more better as its in a secluded area, staff is vigilant giving a sense of assurance during the stay. • The amenities at the villa were top-notch. The pool area was well-maintained, but the pool itself needs to be more hygienic. Pool purification system was conked off hence the pool water seemed a bit unhygenic. Other recreational facilities added a fun and leisurely touch to the stay, catering to both adults and children. The villa also provided convenient essentials, ensuring a hassle-free experience. • One of the highlights was the food quality. Every meal served was flavorful, well-prepared, and left us looking forward to the next. However, the food quantity booked for 21 guest felt slightly lacking, especially for a group of 21 guests. Increasing portion sizes would enhance the dining experience significantly. Chef needs to consider the food quantity especially if the charges are already increased on Christmas. • The staff deserves special mention for their warmth and professionalism. They were attentive to our needs, ensuring that every request was met promptly. Their friendly demeanour made us feel at home throughout our stay. In summary, Hercules Villa offers an excellent blend of comfort, luxury, and hospitality. While the food portions could be more generous, the exceptional rooms, well-maintained amenities, and outstanding service make it a wonderful place to unwind. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable getaway.

the villa had everything that we were promised. The rooms were handed over clean and the pool was also clean as per the host's promises. the caretaker was very good and attentive and he made sure that all our needs are met while we stayed at the property.
